I ordered delivery on the app and there was a little mix up on the sandwich I received. When I called to let them know they were sooooo nice and made me a new sandwich to be delivered so quickly! The manager was so kind and it was honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had from JJs! Love this JJs location!!!

I ordered two sandwiches and when I got them they were a sloppy, disgusting mess. One half of my sandwich didn’t even have meat on it so it was thrown out. Some adjustments I had requested on my sandwich were ignored and I didn’t get any of the extras I had requested. The second sandwich had so much sauce it was inedible and had to be thrown away. I’m pretty disappointed as I have ordered from here more than once and it’s usually alright. But to receive a turkey sandwich with no turkey in it and the other is soggy and slathered in sauce, not okay. I spent money on these sandwiches for them to end up in the trash.

With the cloudy weather, I’m out of food in the Sprinter van. The battery ran down and therefore the fridge was out of power so yesterday, I finished off the ham and cheese before it spoiled. So what’s for lunch today?
Jimmy John’s caught my eye and rather than get my usual (which I haven’t had in a couple of years), I chose the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap. As is usual, it was prepared in a flash and I was on my way. I didn’t eat it for an hour but it held up perfectly. Deliciously filled and perfectly wrapped.
Good stuff that I enjoyed thoroughly and at a reasonable price.

This is a chicken ceaser wrap w extra lettuce, it costs 10 bucks. Plus I tipped 2 bucks. I have Never been to another jimmy johns w such small portions. It’s a total coin toss at this location.

04/27 around 2pm ish have the worst customer service. It was almost humoring with how bad it was. I felt like I walked into a building and someone just died, no smile at all from start to finish, barely any words. The one working register I believe light brown hair with glasses, she had no excuse since the other 2 were making sandwich’s.

I take back my great review, my girlfriend went in and ordered our food just now and said the dude Satchel I talked to was stuck up and very poor service, parked next to a kid driving his mom’s car so called deliver driver cussing out loud. My girlfriend was very upset. I was going to praise Satchel for kind service, now it ended up with a negative review…. That’s not how my woman should be treated..

Ordered a giant #14. Ordered no mayo, was charged for cheese, and none came on it. Also no tomatoes. I don’t understand how you can mess up such a simple sandwich. Many other places to go, I’ll go there. Thanks jimmy johns for setting me straight. I won’t be back.
