Awful customer service. Everyone who works there acts like its the worst thing in the world. You also have to bag your own to go order. When you ask for a bag they just had it to you to do yourself or ask you to grab it yourself behind the counter. Unacceptable to have to bag your own order. Three separate trips in a row same thing, bag your own order.

Very poor customer service. They make you bag your own to go orders. When you ask gor a bag they just tell you to do it yourself and you have to reach over the counter to get a bag.

Seems like every time I buy food from this place for delivery it never shows up with the order being complete or done correctly. They’re always forgetting either the chips, drink, or the way the sandwich its self is supposed to be made. It’s a constant thing that my girlfriend and I have started to joke about. Unfortunately it’s a thing that has happened so much to the point I feel the need to write a review. To add to this, when they do mess up it feels like they don’t take any sort of accountability. I understand trying to avoid theft but I have had to have them remake my sandwich a number of times and had to sit and wait from them to show up with a new one then give them the old one back to waste. It’s now getting to the point where they are just having somone run me out the sides that were supposed to be on the sandwich so I can assemble it myself at home adding to the wait time before I even eat. This happening a few times, I just sucked it up and dealt with it but now it’s gotten to the point that I don’t understand if the are able to read orders. Seems under qualified for the simplest of tasks. As a regular customer, I’m disappointed and they are not only wasting my time but also their own because they are unable to do their jobs right the first time. I would not recommend ordering food from this place. It used to be “freaky fast delivery” now I just want them to make the order correctly so I can eat and go about my day.

However District Manager Ray. Stand up guy great at his job and takes pride in his work. 10/10 on his part.

My review is purely that this 16 inch sandwich is not worth $20, even $17 without tip. Yeah it’s long but they are also smaller dimension wise than subway, they also have very little meat and tons of lettuce. Until prices come down I’ll be elsewhere

Requested no mayo on sandwich due to food allergy, but found out after taking it home that the mayo was added anyways. Went inside instead of using the drive-thru to avoid any mishaps, but this location seems to have issues with providing accurate orders. The lettuce used also looked outdated..

Would recommend customers to double-check their orders here.

Restaurant staff was all very friendly. Food came out quickly and all correct and accommodated my daughters dairy allergy by changing gloves between sandwiches and changing the knives used. Store was very clean as well. Highly recommend.

Food always tastes fine, delivery is usually quick. That being said, I don’t think I have ever received an order 100% correct. Usually it’s something small, like missing straws, sandwich requested without something that is still in the sandwich, etc. But the last few times I’ve ordered, and they have been missing all of that, and then completely forgetting drinks, or sides, or extras that were ordered. Lazy customer service. Double check what’s on the ticket before it leaves.
