First time ordering from this location and I can’t say I’d recommend it. My wife and I ordered two sandwiches online today. They were both made wrong, some how half of my sandwich ended up with her avocado and she had no cucumber on her sandwich at all. We know that the sandwiches were ordered correctly as our receipt shows this. The kicker of this is our food was done 15 minutes earlier than we had requested, which would have been more than enough time to redo the order if they had cared enough to realize it was incorrect.

Tried this location again today an I’m happy to say it’s much better than my previous review. The employees were very friendly and made a very tasty sandwich today. I would definitely say they’ve worked through their post lunch issues, if this service was anything to go by. My order was a number 1 with extra tomato, extra onion and added hot peppers.

The individuals working at this location, leave much to be desired. They barely speak to you when you order, look at you like you have four heads when you ask a question about a sandwich on the menu, and are honestly… very rude.
I’ve been at Jimmy John’s locations in other states and loved them, we gave this one 3 chances, and we’re not impressed each time.
They stare at you like they deserve a tip, while they whisper and speak at a barely audible level when asked simple menu questions then try to rush you out the door when it’s an empty restaurant- TikTok is not that important get off your phone and please engage with the customer in front of you, good grief.

I love Jimmy Johns, and the service providers were nice, but a few mistakes were made.
1. The person who took our order heard “add onions” and repeated “no onion.” Not too bad. Kinda funny.
2. We go up to the window and we are handed our food, but the order taker forgets to charge us. An amusing mistake.
3. We start to get back on the road and we open our 2 sandwiches from this Jimmy Johns where we are the only customers. We ordered the 17 without cheese and my mom got another sandwich with onions. Both were missing lettuce and my mom’s is missing onions, but hey! No cheese for me. So, in conclusion, I just finished eating my bread, mayo, tomato, ham and bacon, and all I can think is. Who looks at this and just goes, “that’s ready! Send it out!”
