Place either needs a revamp or we just went too late in the day. Only 1 staff at a time doing everything. Very nice lady, too bad she’s working solo. We were out there for a tournament and needed a quick bite to eat before heading back to hotel. Heard food was amazing, but didn’t want to stay there late near closing. Time took a little longer as the only person working was changing the canister for pop machine. Don’t think she should be there alone or have to do everything on her own. I’m glad the food tasted amazing, else I would have given an even lower score.

The manager is terrible and unprofessional. I ordered online and started walking in when I first noticed the manager smoking outside. She then came in and immediately began making the sandwich. She wasn’t wearing gloves, and I didn’t see her go to the back to wash her hands. I was waiting for her to place my meal on the stand for takeout orders, and within five seconds of putting that sandwich down, she started yelling at us, telling us we needed to check in with her for our meal. As a result, we didn’t get our drinks or our chips. We were fed up with that terrible service, so we didn’t bring it up and just left. The worst thing to ever happen to that place is her. (Also, immediately after she yelled at us, she went in for another cigarette break!)

Placed order around noon for a 5pm pickup, 9 subs.
Requested all subs cut in half, none of them were.
Site asks for names for on the subs (optional), why do you ask for names on 9 subs, but then add a number on some of them and no name or # on the others? Had to open half of them to figure out what they were. Imagine if this wasn’t for our family and was for a work outing or something? Is this normal at all JJs? I’ll think twice next time I order subs.

Freaky fast meant telling us bread would be out in 15 minutes, waiting patiently for our food to be made in the order we came in, watching everyone leave that was after us…and then finding out they had forgotten to make it so we waited longer. We had something to get to and were almost late because it took almost 45 minutes to get our food. If you’re in a rush, don’t bother.

Apparently ‘freaky fast’ means placing an order on the app then waiting 45 minutes to pick up your order. They don’t have enough employees for a lunch rush, so plan to spend your whole lunch break waiting if you go here. Even if you submit an order early through the app, they don’t actually update when your order is finished so you can know when to pick up your order. So, you’re forced to guess when it’s done. Inevitably, you’ll be sitting there waiting to get your order.
As a treat, you can expect snarky comments from the people who do work there. They don’t say thank you or anything more than your name when they hand you your order, then yell stuff at you when you just take your order and rush to get back to work. That kind of childish behavior would make sense if a customer was being a jerk or making a scene while waiting, but I said nothing to these people the whole time I was waiting. I just stood there while this woman checked on orders of everyone standing around me, but never even acknowledged I was standing there. Then she screamed at me as I walked out the door? That’s unhinged. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Placed a mobile order and it wasn’t finished when I got to the store. The store was busy so I thought my sandwich was just taking a while, but they never called my order despite calling other people’s orders who came in after me. Meats were barely cold by the time I picked up my sandwich.
