This is by far the best Jimmy Johns in Grand Forks and 1 of the best sandwich shops. The manager and staff are as good as it gets. They have always been great on making it freaky fast too, unlike the other two in town. I gave this place a chance after the other two could not keep the sandwich quality consistent and made you wait an hour for your food. I’m glad I did. Customize your sub and get the most bang for your buck. Make sure to tip your sandwich maker.

After ordering online I went to pick up, they said the electricity was out so they couldn’t make my food or refund my money, but they said they would cancel my order later. They failed to do so. I called to complain the next day, was told I need to speak with the manager tomorrow. So I did and the manager passed the buck saying I need to speak with the regional manager, tomorrow. So I emailed corporate and you can guess where that went. No reply. You lost a lifetime customer over a chunk of bread & cheese. I can’t curse in this review

I ordered on the Jimmy John’s Website, my order was expected to take 45 minutes to deliver. Apparently they were using Uber/Doordash, and when my food arrived it wasn’t even food from Jimmy John’s.

I reached out to the store that made my order and the person who answered the phone sounded slothful and like they were chewing gum into the phone. The call started unprofessional, and when I asked what we could do to make sure I get the food I paid for, they said “Oh that’s not our problem, that’s uber or doordash, we can’t do anything.” Someone in the background told them to offer to “Void the order” and then they didn’t ask me for any relevant information about which order it even was before they tried to get off the phone.

I’ve now spent $40 that I won’t have access to to reorder the food until 48 hours later because it’s already on hold, no food, and also had to deal with inconsiderate, absolutely garbage customer service and phone etiquette. No effort, No care, Nothing. Do better.

Sandwiches are always good and the people are friendly. The only problem is that I can count on one finger the number of times they’ve gotten my order correct . I only keep going because they’re the only Jimmy John’s in town with a drive thru.

I’ve ordered delivery multiple times at different times of day (even before they open with a scheduled delivery time an hour later) and they always take well over an hour for delivery or past an hour past the scheduled time with very little communication. The food is good, you just better not be hungry when you order.

Ordered delivery (through door dash I was already aware they do third party drivers)… was over an hour no communication and didn’t know where our food was. so I called the store no answer. Kept calling. A lady answered and put me on hold immediately… was on hold for over 6 minutes before I hung up. Waited ANOTHER 35 minutes said the order was completed still no food. So I called the store 4 more times before I got an answer!!!! Just to be told they can’t make the order… over an hour and a half they said if I waited an ADDITIONAL hour they can bring me the food or I’d have to come pick it up. There’s a reason why I did delivery, if I wanted pick up I’d would have done that. Paying 45 dollars for this service was an absolute joke. I would have had to wait over 2.5 hours before getting food. Never again. I hope I get my money back!!!

This location has been very slow on deliveries lately. Used to be great for time but the food is good. The last two times we did not get our food for over an hour. The one time they said they ran out of bread and now this second time he said it was out for delivery when I called at 7:10 but the app updated to show out for delivery at 7:29. We ordered at 6:41 and didn’t receive our food until 7:45. Better to just drive up or pick a different location.
