The bread is good, the ingredients are fresh.
I’m not a fan of the rotisserie chicken though.
Customer service succeeded in fixing an error during my first order and I can’t wait to order everything that doesn’t come with salami!!

The woman working there has a serious attitude problem. I asked a simple question for a pick up order if there was a straw in the bag. With a highly unnecessary amount a rudeness she says there is. A simple friendly yes would have been fine. Won’t be going back to that location with such rude staff.

I ordered the Ultimate Italian meal. The Sub was toasted perfectly. Ingredients were fresh. The regular chips were crunchy. I blended my unsweetened tea with a splash of sweet tea.
The staff were great. I could tell they actually enjoyed working together.

While I was ordering my food at the front counter, an employee was standing with his back to me doing something on a computer and was picking his nose the whole time. He was digging deep and frequently for several minutes. He then proceeded to put on gloves without washing his hands and started handling food. I was watching him the entire time I was in there to make sure he didn’t handle my food and fortunately he didn’t. I won’t be going back to this location or probably any location after seeing that, it was repulsive.

Ordered a cubano sandwich and did not revive what I was expecting. 75% bread, 25% everything else. If I wanted a bread sandwich I would have gotten a baguettes from the grocery store.

While we love Jimmy John’s – this location we always have issues. The pick-up feature makes ordering lunch so much easier – that is, as long as the store lets you know your order is ready for pickup.
Every. Single. Time. I have ordered from this store I never receive confirmation my order is ready and I end up having to get my order usually after an hour after it’s actually ready.
