Stopped in for lunch. Was told they are understaffed and refused to let us eat inside. There are four employees standing around doing nothing and no other customers. We even offered to clean the table when we were done. The excuse of being under staffed, with staff standing around doing nothing is pathetic and unacceptable customer service.

It never fails, my order though simple seems to be impossible to create. The only way to remedy this problem is to hire those with again; a much higher level of intelligence. Preferably ones that can read an order, place an order correctly and double check what they made before wrapping it. It’s too late. Due to continuous over charges for not getting what I ordered, I’m NEVER purchasing another sandwich here again. I’ve elaborated enough for an average owner to figure out what’s happened. Knowing I was purchasing two or more sandwichs per week; guess how much money your business is going to lose over the next couple years without my purchases? Then try to figure out how many I bought before you lost my business? Like I said. There is no remedy. Even walking inside the store netted the wrong darned build of my sandwich. Returning to the store to get it corrected so many times I finally check them before I leave the parking area. If it isn’t right I’ll just drop it on the ground as refuse. Fear not, I won’t be back.

Definitely not as hyped up as I thought it would be. 1st time ever in a Jimmy Johns. When you post a sign, “free smells”, one would think when you walk in there should be a wiff of something great, right? Well only disappointment because there were no amazing smells. Sandwiches not as good as Subway. Service was okay they messed up 2 orders. Potato salad was spot on for flavor and taste once I finally got it. Clean and Nice!!!

What’s up with the tip jar? If you’re bringing food to my table, refilling my drink, asking me how things are, I have no problem tipping. I’m picking up a sandwich I haven’t even looked at, I don’t know what I’m tipping for… They did their job? Didn’t spit in my food? They threw extra meat and cheese on my sandwich (no)? I have too much money so I’m giving it away? I’m sick of places that aren’t providing extra service that expect more money for nothing.

We ordered sandwiches to take on a picnic the next day. The staff recognized that the bread would be soggy if they put on mayonnaise as we requested. So they provided mayo packets and napkins. We were pleased with the results the following day as we enjoyed one of our country’s remote national parks.

I would give the food 0 stars because I did not get to try it. My family visited after spending time traveling and we were turned away. The guy at the counter started to take our order then said they were out of bread ot would be 30 minutes. They had a rack of bread in back. I asked about that bread. they said it was for online orders. I inquired if they had a lot of online orders. he said no. Just in case we don’t want to make people who order online wait too long. lol at jj.
