Today when I got my pick up order, my bottle of Diet Coke was so warm I could warm my hands with it. Like it had been stored next to the heater and never been refrigerated. My Vito sandwich had tuna inside the wrapper. Not a good combination.

Jimmy John’s is one of our go tos for a fresh sandwich on the go or in a time crunch. The sandwiches are always super fresh and ready quickly. The ability to order ahead and pick, order to go, or dine in gives a wide variety depending on your schedule. I like using the ability to order in the app or save points to be a little more savvy. The service is always pleasant and the restaurant is clean. The restaurant features decor of signs of wise words and clever sayings. A couple of our favorite sandwiches are the #8 and the #14. I have the #14 and have them run it through the garden/ add all the veggies and add a little vinegar and oil to the number .

This place sucks. They didn’t even ask me what I wanted on my sandwich. They hand me a sandwich and basically tell me this is the way is comes. No choices, make your own or go to McDonald’s. I will never give this chain a dime and will make it my mission to tell everyone at a major airline to boycott this place.

Customer service is a joke. My sandwich was incorrectly assembled. It was missing more than half the toppings. When I asked for them to add the toppings to my sandwich they said they couldn’t take a sandwich back that had already gone out of the kitchen. This is understandable. I asked them to remake it. I was told they would give me a new sandwich with the correct toppings but I would have to move the meat and cheese over from my last sandwich. What a joke. Won’t be returning to this location.

I have ordered from this location multiple times and each time I tell myself never again. I have done a combination of ways to order such as online and in person and I don’t understand why they consistently make it the way they want to and not what I have asked for. They were not busy in the store this evening but I entered my order about 15 minutes prior to even pulling into the parking lot. When I got there (15 minutes later) I gave the workers my name and let them know that I was there to pickup my on-line order (freaky fast???) They hadn’t even started my sandwiches. Then after my drive home an hour away I discovered that they once again didn’t even make them the way I asked. I should know better I guess. Maybe I just have bad luck but the 2 other location in Rapid City always deliver . Avoid Mt. View Jimmy John’s!!!+

I would highly recommend! Really great customer service. They had over 20 orders and got ours done within 5 mins. We had a gift card that wasn’t loaded and had never been used. Without hesitation, they recognized what was wrong and immediately made it right. We will be going here again.

This is the worst location in town. The workers have a terrible attitude. No matter how polite you are, they seem annoyed that you’re asking them to do what they’re paid to do. They get the order right maybe 50% of the time. I have yet to actually get mayo on a sandwich. The bread is often stale. They rarely put mobile orders out, and then they have a bad attitude when you ask where it’s at, when it’s just sitting behind the counter. There’s not much positive to say about this place.

I ordered online and received a notification almost immediately, proceeded to Jimmy John’s walked in no order ready so I asked about it and was told it would be put on the take out shelf when ready. I had to go ask again 30 minutes later and finally received my order. I watched several customers come in order and receive their food before me. Received a notification my food was ready almost an hour after ordering. I will not return to this individual store and instead go to the one by Sam’s club. They have always been great on time.
