I’m pregnant and have always gone to Jimmy John’s throughout pregnancy and they would heat up the turkey tom, or little John Turkey tom for me in order for the deli meat to be pregnancy safe. This is the first time in 5 months I’ve ever been told “no” by the female manager. Then having to pry for any type of explanation whatsoever other than a “we don’t do that at this location”. Disappointing customer service.

Got food poisoning right before Christmas Eve.. 🙁 avocado was discolored.. knew I shouldn’t have eaten it, ate it, paid the proce for 2 days. Spent my Christmas sick while trying to take care of my newborn.

I would not recommend this place to anybody if you want to get your moneys worth and good customer service.
First time getting a sandwich from here. I told him I’ve never eaten here before and so the guy told me which sandwich he recommend. So I ordered the sandwich that he recommended it look good on the picture and even gave him a good tip while I was Paying for my sandwich. The sandwich that I got look nothing like the picture. It had two pieces of meat tons of sauce whatever they put on there couple shreds of lettuce, and four strands of onions, and one tomato! I took the sandwich back to the register and told him I was not satisfied with the sandwich how was made and the people there had the audacity to stand and argue with me that that is how they make their sandwiches so I just gave them back the sandwich and I told him I want my money back.

Placed an order for two combos to be delivered. The order was made at 11:50 and it was almost 1:00 by the time we received all of the meal. The delivery driver brought our sandwiches but forgot our drinks. By the time we got our drinks the meal had been done for at least 25 minutes. I did talk to a manager but feel like he thought it wasn’t a big deal. Told him we didn’t want the drinks anymore but he sent them anyway.

I don’t know what’s worst. The customer service or food. I don’t even know why I bother going anymore at this point. But hey, if you enjoy all bread with enough meat to feed a small bird, insane amounts of lettuce to compensate for the lack of meat, and customer experience that reminds you that this location is ran by college kids who could care less if you order a number 4 and get a number 12 somehow? Nobody cares. Also don’t even bother going through the drive through for a drink as I’m sure they’re instructed to overfill the 16 oz cup with ice to ensure you only get .5 oz of an actual drink to keep profits up. Avoid at all costs and go get Taco Bell up the street.

We ordered two subs and they forgot the pops the driver supposed to go back and get pops and we sat here for an hour and a half waiting for our pops but we told him we did not want the pops anymore. We just want our money back they said we cannot do that I think this is the worst Jimmy John’s ever I would never order a sub from these idiots again. If they can’t get your order, right

Walked in and a young gentleman was very generous about me looking at the menu waiting for my other half to come inside ( I’ve only been there one other time) we are traveling a few hours and I was not hungry right then so I asked if they could put the veggies on the side and I could toss it together later. The young man immediately said yes to accommodate. However an older lady with brown hair and glass decided to let it be know that doing that makes there job a lot harder and it would depend on the veggies. (Lettuce tomato and mayo)..: not a lot and from a person that has working in a subway before… it’s not hard to accommodate to that. I proceeded to tell her that I have had it done at this location ( the one other time I’ve been here) and I know it’s something that could be done… My other half walked in… he looks at sandwiches … she proceeded to tell us it would be 15 minutes for bread to cool. After I had already stood there looking at the menu for a good 5-7 prier to him walking in.

Why was that not said the moment i walked in to look at the menu… I think it was bull and she didn’t want to put a few veggies on the side… the kicker…. The guy that was going to take our order… was going to make the meal!! So why was the veggie thing a big deal? Rude rude rude rude. I will never go back into the Mitchel location if I see she is behind the counter. I work for the food industry myself and if my boss knew I treated someone of that manner I would be fired immediately… her service was appalling. A business can’t make money when you have people like that with an attitude behind the counter. Shame
