Ordered a slim 3 (tuna) with no cheese today. Unwrapped the wrapping to find cheese on the sandwich. Not a big issue, so I took off the cheese and went to take a couple bites and noticed that there was hardly any tuna. Opened up the sandwich for a second look and I was met with 15 cents worth of tuna on a $8 dollar tuna sandwich. By the looks of the photo one would think that I just ordered a dry piece of bread and they accidentally dropped it on to the tuna, proceeded to poorly dust it off, and wrap it up to serve. Wild. Cashier lady was nice so there’s a silver lining.

Unfortunately, not a great visit. Workers didn’t greet us when we walked in and weren’t very personable. There was dust and dead flies in window sills next to our seat so it isn’t being cleaned properly. Food was so-so. Sandwiches are big though and meal could be shared.

Me & wife ordered sandwiches around 1pm today, my wife’s was perfect, mine was missing cheese and had 1 tomato. I called and let the manager know and he was awesome, had another sandwich sent out and even threw in a cookie. We’ve lived in this area of town for almost 5 years and probably order from here at least a average of twice a month and they are great, service and food is always excellent. Thank you.
