I stopped for the new toasted varieties. I didn’t get one of the “new” sandwich. I but i got a #9 toasted with no tomato or lettuce. I don’t put lettuce on a toasted sandwich. But the #9 was a good choice. Manager on duty explained the options. Store is always clean. Seating inside and out maintained well. Just a good place to stop.

Haven’t been inside just must compliment their sandwiches!! Love the new Toasted JJ American Prego ! Hunters without tomatoes, lettuce or garnishes just meat and jalapeños and ranch !

I ordered 2 sandwiches one for me and one for my husband for delivery to work (we work at Ace right in broadway) I ordered the beach club for me but when I got it, all it had on it was 2 slices of turkey literally an inch and a half of cheese 2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes on it I called to complain cuz this is not the first time we’ve had bad experiences with jimmy John’s they have delivered to the wrong place twice and have gotten the wrong sandwiches in the order it doesn’t happen to just is either. Our coworkers have had lots of troubles too but what gets me is that both our sandwiches costed $12 and the manager told me they can do a $9 store credit, really I’m done ordering from this place, never know when or if they’ll show up with your food or if they do show up if you’ll get the right order.

I ordered a delivery at 4:23 pm for 2 original sandwiches! A number 2 and 4 both with cheese xtra mayo no tomato add pickle, onions cut 1/2. I received my order after waiting 25 minutes for it went to eat it and wasn’t cut in half like asked, plus the #4 has no onion and had oil vinegar and oregano! I called the store to express my concern and explain that the sandwich ordered isn’t the sandwich that was delivered the staff member then said he had to speak to manager spoke to the manager and said you are more then welcome to come to store and get ur sandwich fixed I explained the whole reason I ordered delivery is because I wasn’t able to come to the store. He then put me on hold for like 2 minutes come back and said okay we will remake it and deliver the new sandwich! I said thank you I am so sorry and what not! I have been currently waiting for my ONE sandwich remake to be delivered now for 45 minutes it’s currently 5:38pm! And Still waiting! I don’t know why us customers have to be so sorry for OUR food being messed up but then get terrible service on top of it! This is ridiculous I don’t understand! There wasn’t any I am sorry there wasn’t any acknowledgment that my order was messed up and that my delivery is insanely late! I am extremely disappointed with this service! Love jimmy johns wish this would get figured out!

Last week I ordered a Caprese Pesto and asked if they could do ham instead of salami.. no problem.
This week I order the same exact sandwich and I waa told that they couldn’t substitute. I told them I ordered last week and their was no problem. Then a young man came on the speaker and said it would be $4.00 more to do that. WHAT???
I’m a frequent diner at Jimmy Johns but I think my money is better spent where customer service matters.

Always fast like they advertise. Food quality is fairly consistent. Portions are fairly consistent as well. I usually order with the app and pick up in the drive-thru. I like their fudge brownies. Worth trying if you like those generally.

Due to work and food allergies I can here five days a week for two months. The summer job crew was kind of rough. You could tell they were kids with their first time jobs or just really close to that…. now witnessing the change over to their fall crew I’m very impressed. They all had my order memorized in a very short amount of time and recognized me as a regular. I wish this crew was at my local jimmy johns. Food was always good. Maybe not freaky fast but I always came in during lunch rush…. that being said I never waited over five minutes for my food. They do good work.

The food was deplorable. The turkey on my sub was shredded as if they put all broken pieces of meat onto my sub , the lettuce had discoloration and the sandwich was flat as a board and not to mention the sour turkey itself. This place needs to be shut down immediately. $20 for a sour sub. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY & DO NOT RISK YOUR HEATH the employees here do not want to work there and it shows through their food.

By far the greatest Jimmy Johns I’ve had the pleasure of ordering from. Their service in impeccable both inside the store and when delivering. They show incredible attention to my needs as a customer and do so with a genuine smile and great attitude. The food is amazing, I’ve never had a bad sandwich from them! 5 stars for the incredibly trained staff!

Every time I order it always takes them a ridiculous amount of time to make and deliver the orders. I ordered earlier this week a delivery it took them about 50 minutes to make and deliver my order. Then I ordered a pick up order today placed it 30 minutes ago got to the store for them to tell me it isn’t even started and I will have to wait as they have other orders. This is getting out of hand can’t even order ahead because it won’t be done when you need it by!
