My favorite restaurant is Jimmy Johns for a few reasons. One reason is they are the fastest sandwich makers in the world. Another reason is they have the best sandwiches. Lastly, they keep the store super clean! That is why I love Jimmy Johns.

Don’t get the tuna. It made me feel very bad. They need to review food safety for risky menu items.
Otherwise, typically, the place is good. It’s fast and cheap. Usually I go for the #6 without issue. Today’ dining experience may disuade me from continuing that habit.

I went there and the workers were disrespectful towards me, I asked if I could get my sandwich toasted, the worker says with a mean look and tone towards me and says no, we don’t toast here, then I looked at him and said well I ain’t getting shit here then, to be honest the sandwiches would be way better if they toasted just like subway but no! Subway is and will always be my favorite, I hope Jimmy John’s goes out of business because of the way that worker treated me and because of poor service and that you don’t toasted ur sandwiches, I mean cold meat and veggies on a bun, yuck! Heating up the meat and melting the cheese yummy! Maybe u should toast ur sandwhiches, then you will get more customers if u did

The app didn’t register my order, although the funds came out of my bank. I ordered what I thought was my birthday reward, hence the email I received. I had to go inside and show them the funds withdrawal from my bank. I did mention it was supposed to be my birthday reward, no refund offered….oh well. Just a rant, carry on.
At this point, I’m not going to worry about it. It should have been taken care of at the time of service. I’m good.

Went to order jimmy johns and as our order was being taken the employee who was taking our order seemed spacey and in the end they messed up and didn’t even give us our order right. Don’t get me wrong I do love jimmy johns but service sucked today.
