I placed a mobile order for one wrap and one sandwich meal, I got there 5 minutes after I placed my order. I went inside and waited for my food, at the same time someone came in and placed an order for a meal and got it before me. I continued waiting for a total of 14 minutes, when they finally finished my order and gave it to me. Usually a great experience there, this time they were off the ball. I will be back.

Bread is too hard to eat and the tomatoes were hard and almost white. I must have got the end piece of an unripe tomato. I ordered the totally tuna unwich and they gave me bread instead.

They were unfortunately short staffed when I stopped by, but that didn’t make the staff unfriendly. I really appreciate that. The sandwich was great as always, Jimmy John’s is the best sandwich chain in the country. Thank you, hopefully when you’re back to full staff you can reward your hardworking employees, they deserve it.

Good food. Good service. Please number the wrappers when giving multiple sandwiches in an order. Please at time of order ask if the customer wants the combo or just the sandwich. Just a couple simple tips that could go a long way in customer satisfaction.

Went to get an unwich because I can’t eat bread. Pulled up and was told that they were out of bread for the day (this was at 115 in the afternoon on a Saturday in which there was not a lot going on in Bemidji and it was a nice -4 degrees outside so one can imagine there wasn’t going to be much going on.) I thought, no problem as I don’t need anything with bread anyway. They proceeded to also explain that they could do sides and drinks but no sandwiches due to the bread. So I started to ask for an unwich and the girl laughed and then still laughing said they couldn’t do that either. Lucky for me, Erbert & Gerberts up the street can and I will never be back, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.
