I do not go to Jimmy Johns much. I ordered a unwhich. I accidentally order the wrong one. I explained to the worker i ordered the wrong thing. The associate made me pay for 2. The mistake and the correct one i wanted. Most places will not change you for 2.,I will not go to a Jimmy Johns again because of this. He did not even offer me a discount very bad customer service.

Incredibly slow service. So much for freaky fast! Only a few people waiting and no one in line when we got here but as I sit here writing this review it’s been about 20 minutes and we still haven’t gotten the 2 sandwiches we ordered. Some large online orders are apparently more important than our time. Will not return.

I ordered online for delivery at my house. I have had them deliver to me before also. As my delivery is supposed to be out, they call to tell me I am outside their delivery area. I asked about the times they have delivered to me in the past and apparently they were all mistakes. I asked about them delivering across town, further away from where I am now, and he said, “Yes that is correct.” I had them cancel the order. If I had the time to run to town I wouldn’t have set up delivery. Very inconvenient and inconsistent and beyond frustrating. Not at all a happy satisfied customer at this point.

Ordered for local delivery (as soon as possible) and my sandwich took an hour to arrive. Also I had a gift card with a verified balance but the website checkout would not accept it as payment. On the bright side my sandwich was okay; not great, but okay.
