Jessie we are deeply sorry about somone asking for payment when you clearly wanted to pay cash. How absurd and rude. As for the driver not following clear instructions and leaving at desk #1 or #3 and picking up cash from the window is just terrible. We hope we can improve on these things to offer a better service to you the customer. We appreciate your feedback and will resolve this for next time. Ordered a sandwich for delivery. After 35 minutes I called the store to make sure the driver had the correct address. I was told the driver had three to four stops on that run but he should be coming by soon. 15 more minutes go by and I call again and this time they tell me they’re out of bread. But if he already left with my sandwich this shouldn’t be a issue. Not sure, just sketchy, cancelled my order and probably won’t try them again. Fair warning to other people. Sounds like Jimmy Johns downtown is unreliable

Had a terrible experience on 9/12/25. I ordered ahead for pickup. I get there, they “didnt get” my order considering I placed the order teo hours ahead and even showed the order confirmation.
They were rude and my receipt even had the “B” word on it.

Terrible Management & Service… I requested extra cheese and easy on the meat, but got no cheese. They sent out a replacement and I had the same issue. I finally just sliced my own cheddar at home and added that. The manager was absurd and argued with me stating there was cheese on both of them… I looked and looked for that cheese and I promise it was not there unless it somehow disintegrated into my sandwich. Did not request a third sandwich as I knew it would have spit on it based on how truly unprofessional that manager was.

This location is hit or miss with most staff but Michelle has been the staple at this location for at least the that two years and she makes things so easy and is always pleasant and smiling. She noticed I had no used my birthday coupon and it was about to expire, most people wouldn’t mention that or try to help the customer or guest out. My birthday was Sunday but she made my whole day because of her kindness and her great attitude. She is the rock of this location and I appreciate her customer service so much.

This is an absolutely despicable restaurant. They steal tips from Uber delivery drivers. They deliver the orders themselves if there are tips, but send Uber drivers if there aren’t. When Uber drivers receive orders with tips and come to the restaurant to pick them up, they’ll tell you that their drivers took the orders. They steal tips, and the Uber drivers are forced to drive 5 miles for free to pick up their orders. This isn’t the first time; it’s happened many times. It’s truly disgusting and appalling.

They started using uber now my delivery is taking over 30 minutes to get here. It used to be that it took under 30 minutes to get here cause I really don’t live far. It’s a shame that jimmy John’s is cheaping out and going third part for their delivery. Especially since I was expecting the tip I left to go to someone who deserves it for the fast delivery that I’m used to.

I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s on plenty of occasions. Thanks to they’re freakishly fast sandwich making skills it has become a go to, for a quick grab and go sub. Regardless of the subs they’ll be made right there in front of you. However like any other place large orders and catering orders can back them up. They’re only human. Really good humans.
Speaking of really good. 2/22/2023 dinner time my wife comes home after stopping by to grab us subs. I’m chatting with her through her earpiece. I can hear the matter of what’s going on and the service was very nice and helpful. My wife and I are chatting. The customer service was friendly knowledgeable and straight to the point.
The food however, was on another level. I don’t know what the difference from yesterday from any other day was. The food was delicious. My Giant Gargantuan was flavourful. The veggies tasted and felt so fresh. You can hear the lettuce snap and crack with each bite. I can even hear the snap as my wife crunches on the banana peppers they laced on her sub on request. The meats was tender and moist all the way through. It was one of the neatest subs I had. There was no mess afterwards because of how well it was made. There have been times when they gave us subs that you just knew wasn’t given any love or care. From meat that probably sat too long and veggies that were just soggy. They even just lathered on mayo as if they were basting a cake.
I digress yesterday food and service was just the best I’ve had from there in a while.
