Went there today just after they opened. Bread was very hard, almost like it was from yesterday. Couldn’t chew some of it. Grabbed a fudge brownie which I have had in the past and was very good. This one was very dry and broke into lots of pieces each bite. Tasted stale almost. Looked for exp date on package, couldn’t find.

Can’t comment on anything but the 1 hour delivery time. Toasted sandwich was soggy and gross. Other 2 sandwiches weren’t cool even when we got the food. We’ve ordered from this store many times. Doubt that we will make that mistake again.

Ordered a giant roast beef sandwich, worst tasting sandwich I’ve ever ate. Don’t recommended ordering it toasted. Also ordered 2 other sandwiches and 1 of them they wrote no mayo and put no mayo on it and added cucumbers that weren’t wanted. I’ve always liked Jimmy John’s but this is the worst I’ve ever had.

Definitely good for a laugh, but my stylist and I expected our subs to be put together by Jimmy John’s. Ordered 2 beach clubs and they forgot the turkey. Fair enough, mistakes happen, but when we called to correct it they sent us slabs of turkey to put on ourselves. I wont be ordering from here unless I’m really wanting to make my own sandwich. Thanks for the laughs though. Still food, still freaky fast, still polite, and it still tasted good.

Went in tonight about 620. There was a man working on emptying boxes right inside the door & 2 people behind the counter. 1 customer besides my daughter & I. The guy behind the counter was making a sandwich. The girl wasn’t really busy. They both looked at us & continued what they were doing. At least 5 minutes goes by without a simple hello or we will be with you shortly. Not a single word. We finally just left. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Or lack of. We went to Sammys Pizza & had a awesome dinner.

I think this has to be the best sandwich place. The Veggie delight is amazing and their salt and vinegar chips are so good and very crispy. The environment is nice and the place seems pretty clean. Definitely a go to for my family.

My job offered to buy everyone lunch and when the food came (from the other side of the mall the delivery person literally walked to us) he asked for a tip and when told it was a corporate card and we weren’t allowed to do that he tossed the food on a desk rolled his eyes and walked out. If he had waited a few seconds or wasn’t rude we could have possibly scraped together a few dollars for the tip he demanded.

I called jimmy johns 5 times within a half hour and every time the employee would pick up and say please hold and immediately hang up. I tried multiple times to get her attention and inform her she is hanging up on me which she obviously knew. So extremely rude. Now they are just straight up not picking up. I get sandwiches from there all the time they were my favorite…until today. Very disappointing.

Disappointed lately with this location. They messed up my sandwich last time I visited. I shrugged it off. But, now they won’t deliver to my house that’s 5 minutes from the store…. even though they use to. I love the food. But, don’t advertise you deliver if you won’t deliver even 2 miles away.
