I’ve enjoyed Jimmy John’s for a long time now, and it’s one of the few restaurants I go to where I get the same thing every time. The quality of the bread and the meats and fixings has been very consistent over the last 20 years. I will say, the service is not quite as fast as it once was, but it doesn’t bother me to wait a few extra minutes to get a good sandwich that is made right. As for the sides, stick with the chips. The potato salad and the pasta salad are not with the cost, and a bit disappointing.

I’m disappointed by my most recent experience at this location on 12/22/25. It took 25 minutes for them to prepare one sandwich from an online order, and the attitude of a young employee ‘Charles’ was poor. Three young men were on the shift, and only one seemed to care about doing anything right. When this worker called Charles out nicely for not paying attention and being slow, Charles said, “Chill out, bro.”

Just ordered again, I have had a problem with this store before. Wanted to give another chance. They loaded half of one of my sandwiches with HOT peppers, I didn’t order! And I added guacamole to one of them (paid for it) and didn’t receive! I’m so over this store screwing up orders! They dont read them and they dont care about there customers or they would slow down and make sure the orders are right! I had to throw half my sandwich away because it was soo hot and I picked the peppers off! Buyers beware! Delivery driver was very nice and polite

I love jimmy johns, but this location in specific does not deliver their orders. This has been a reoccurring problem over the years, and I dont mind picking up my orders but the lack of communication is disappointing.

Only reason it is going down a little for me is it seemed like the employees didn’t really care. Food is always good but employees didn’t seem excited to be their and one seemed especially not wanting to be their, which is understandable, its a sandwich shop i dont everyone to be excited but you at lease should want to try to show up present for customers. Other than that it’s a good jimmy johns, other employees ive worked with here have been better about being friendly especially with the environment

Also a new kid who was working decided to try to give us our other sandwich that he set down incorrectly and landed in the trash. He then proceeded to atill not care as the only coworker their seemed to actually care and scolded him to not give customers food from the trash. Def feel bad for her.

Jimmy John’s has truly surprised me with their new toasted menu. I was never a big fan before, but the changes they’ve made really turned things around.

I had the Toasted Ultimate Italian with a little bit of ranch and Kickin’ Ranch, and it hit all the right notes. The sandwich was fresh, full of flavor, and just the right size to satisfy my appetite.

Never again! Ordered my food online about 15 minutes after they were open for ASAP delivery. I didn’t get my food until 1 hours and a half later. Called after an hour and was told a few more minutes, they were slam. Which i understand. I Had to called back 25 minutes later since my food hasn’t showed up yet. Was told it’ll be another 5 minutes. I’m sorry, but jimmy john is not worth waiting an hour and a half for.

Steven is there working his butt off alone… on a holiday.
Being someone in retail, when people call off on days like this, it hits us hard individually, because now he has to deal with the flow on a holiday alone. As a company I hope you recognize him for his hard work.
It’s really easy to get frustrated & overwhelmed in situations like that, Steven made my food neat & delicious despite the rush of people he’s juggling. He didn’t give any attitude, or let it effect his mood. He’s handling the situation with Grace & professionalism. Thank you for feeding me on my lunch break Steven, you got this!
