UPDATE: WAS offered a free giant sub due to my allergies to lettuce with my cell #. Went to pick a new one up & they didn’t have any number on file. Dropping my rating now 2 stars less as my time was wasted.
It’s not as good as a deli, yet it’s better than most sub chains. I’ve eaten here several times, the food/service is always good…just be sure to check your take out orders. Sometimes people forget, and may add something or miss something, happened once here, called them about a lettuce allergy, they apologized & made it right. Please don’t scare people off from this store with bad reviews about wrong orders, as they care and fix it. Would recommend.

Fun! The staff greeted me on the way in.(Great customer service) The sub making was fast. Loved the atmosphere, the music and the upbeat positive employees was very great experience. Also They greeted me on the way out! Awesome leadership and management here at this location.

Wife ordered a sandwich and around 8 and they decided to wait until 2 minutes before they close to call us and tell us there is no delivery driver for our order. Poor customer service at its finest. I even offered to come up there and pick up the order but of course they are worried about leaving on time instead of the customer. So they never made our sandwich to even begin with, just to tell us they cancelled our order. I wish I would have got the dude’s name because he was rude as hell. Jimmy John’s in Brooklyn Park whoever closed tonight 2/18 shouldn’t work there because of their lack of compassion to rectify the situation.

I go here and get delivery from here when I’m at work. They take awhile to deliver than I’m used to. I used to work in Brooklyn Center and when I’d order for delivery, I swear they made the sandwiches in the car. However every time I go inside this one, they’re always polite and prompt when I arrive. They ALWAYS have the best music playing from old to new school R&B! I’ll linger around and take long just to full up my drink cup just to hear a song I like!

Went here and was told, the place will be opened in 8 minutes. My son and I waited right by the door for them to actually start taking orders. They never once told us to wait outside until they’re open. While waiting, this other dude from out of no where telling us we can’t be in the store because they’re not open and in 8 minutes while the store isn’t open yet, anyone can rob them. This is our first time going to Jimmy John’s and we got treated like trash. Can’t believe the first thing he came out to say was that “anyone can rob them”. Yet, leave the door unlocked. Will NEVER return to Jimmy John’s!!

I paid $10 for lettuce, a slice of cheese, and a slice of cucumber and tomato. I used to like the staff here, but this is legitimately unacceptable. I’ll eat lettuce all day everyday but I’m not going to pay these people for it, I’ll spend $2 on a bag of lettuce at a store closer to my house. Thanks.

I ordered delivery to my job and they never bothered to make my order. Called the store three times with no answer. The tracker said my order was delivered so they must have faked completing the order in their system to get out of working. Go ahead and skip this location if you would like your order to be completed.

This was our first time going to JJ’s in Brooklyn Park. We got to the door and there was a sign that said they were “closed for Easter”. Today is Saturday April 19TH… AND it was about 6:30PM when we arrived. I thought the sign was for tomorrow, but as I grabbed the door handle it was already locked. This guy behind the counter approached the door and proceeds to tell us they’re closed early for Easter weekend. The sign didn’t say that… I then told him tomorrow is Easter though not today. He said well for Easter weekend we’re closed early. I suggest maybe have a better sign that states you’ll be closed on Saturday and not on Easter. That was very confusing. Also, two other people came up behind us to go into the shop, but I told them they were closed. I had already turned around to leave and the one guy who came after us then told me the kid who came to the door gave me the middle finger behind my back.
The problem isn’t the sign or that you closed early. The problem I have with your place is for someone who’s closing early for Easter gave me a middle finger.
