I ordered a Club Lulu sandwich for take-out and brought it home and started eating it and the bread was so hard it was almost inedible. Worst sandwich i have ever had from anywhere. I was so disappointed I called the store and spoke to someone about my experience. He said I could come in and get a new sandwich but I was in for the night so he said I could have a credit on my account for a free sandwich. I agreed and said how can I be sure there is a free sandwich there and he said “oh it will be there”. I went back this Friday to get a new sandwich, ordered it and they made it while I was ordering but went to check out and Surprise No credit for a sandwich. I explained the story but the girl behind the counter would not give me the replacement sandwich that was promised. I walked out. Horrible customer service.
I was told by ownership to provide more information to make this right but I no longer have the Order Date, Order Number and Total Amount. Thanks for nothing

This location has been going downhill since ownership changed and I’m done giving them chances to “make up for last time”.
1st: Freaky fast has turned into freaky slow. I could get a faster sandwich from Subway. Guaranteed.
2nd: Errors are common. See pic for what I ordered vs received today. Slim 4 didn’t have cheese, even though it was ordered and paid for. The other had “ADD cucumbers, ADD peppers, NO oregano, NO sauce”. They missed three of the four modifications. Seemed like a new guy making the sandwiches, but why wasn’t anyone helping him and ensuring accuracy?
3rd: One dude’s shirt was riding high enough that his belly was hanging out, and his shorts were practically falling off, which is probably why he stuck his hands down the back to pull them up. Really glad he wasn’t touching any food, but c’mon, let’s try a little harder to not kill people’s appetite.
4th: Prices + tipping. Prices are high and I always regret the pre-service tip, which is unfortunately common these days.

I regularly order from this location as it’s near my office and it’s convenient. Their sandwiches are good and they’re generally fast to deliver. I like them. However, I have had plenty of issues… Multiple times they’ve forgotten to deliver sides, freebies, drinks, and straws for drinks. And today, you’ll see in the photo, I finished my drink to find these strange brown chunks of something in the bottom. Maybe it was good they forgot a straw again because if I weren’t drinking from the cup I would’ve drawn these things in my mouth. Gross!
Despite all of these issues, I’ve still been a regular customer. That might change because of this.

Riddle me this. I use your app. I order 1 Sandwich. 1 simple sandwich with no customization. I drive there. Takes me 12 minutes to get there. My sandwich wasn’t ready. Then 3 other people walk up. I hear them order and pay. AND ALL 3 PEOPLE GET THEIR FOOD BEFORE ME. Please tell me I’m not crazy for being upset.

So much for Freaky Fast Delivery. I am livid! Took over an hour to get my order because they had to use Urber Eats to deliver it. This is the second time. They could have called me or sent an email to say Hey…we don’t have anyone to deliver right now, would like to pick it up OR we can get Urber to deliver it in an hour or so. But nooooo!

Ordered a sandwich for delivery and put in the notes “bring change for a 50” driver shows up and acts like she has no knowledge of that and then tells me they don’t carry anything larger than a 20. That’s fine, but maybe you should read your delivery notes before you leave the store and call the customer. Driver was unprofessional, rude, and had no solutions to the problem she created by not doing her job before leaving the store. I won’t be doing business with this location anymore.

This Jimmy Johns is awesome, hands down one of the best I have ordered from. I ended up getting the wrong sandwich delivered to me and they comped my next order. When I called a few days later to claim my free sandwich they remembered me and honored the free sandwich plus gave me a free soda which I offered to pay for. They were so nice on the phone. I will always order from them. Thanks guys. 🙂

I placed an order online, so I could pick it up and be back to work. I got the order has been placed and the order has been confirmed. I then went to the location to pick up my order. I waited over 15 minutes on the parking lot waiting for the order is ready status. I refreshed the page every minute, and it was still not marked ready. I figured I would walk inside to ask, and low and behold it was sitting on table for pick-up. It would have been nice to have had it marked as ready for pickup on the site. For all I know I could have been sitting there for 20 minutes. If I didn’t go inside to check, and I was still at work waiting for the go ahead. I may never have gotten it. The sandwich was still good though.

I have had better experience and taste at Subway where I can see and request what I want. IDK, maybe it’s just because I am used to it, but I did find out they automatically assume that everybody likes mayo. I am sure you can ask them to hold it, but why not have people tell you what they want on it instead. Oh well, lesson learned, and it was only about a $10 lesson, so not too bad. I may try it again since it is so conveniently located to my work, but maybe I should try to go online and build it myself next time.

This is similar to any other Jimmy John’s location. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is a little loud and shares the same layout and decor as other stores. It also shares the nice quality of lightning fast sandwich assembly.
The main difference is that this location, due to the proximity of many businesses, gets pretty hectic during the lunch rush.
Overall I’m quite happy with my numerous experiences here. I’m always in and out quickly, the food is consistent, and I can rely on being in and out in a matter of moments. I’ve never ordered delivery from this location.
Tip: avoid the front parking and park in back. There’s a public back door.
