Online order- the bread was as hard as a rock. The rest of the sandwich was well made and arrived pretty quickly.

I’m writing this review because if I pay $12 for a sandwich that is a BLT bacon lettuce and tomato I expect her to be bacon in it my bacon should match my lettuce or tomatoes. My tomatoes are wilted. My bacon was Nill and my lettuce was almost nonexistent. I paid for a BLT I reiterate, bacon lettuce, tomato it’s really hard to mess that up.
But I did give the service five stars because my delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure that I got my sandwich so kudos to her!!!!!!!!
I travel all across the country and I must say this might be the worst Jimmy Johns experience I’ve ever had!
The person making the sandwiches must think the ingredients are coming out of his paycheck!

Very poor customer service. Sign says they close at 9:00 but actually they close the doors and lock them about a quarter till or 20 till the hour. For the sake of your customers be honest about your actual store hours

Ordered ahead at 8 PM on a Sunday and came in to an empty store with no food 20 minutes later. No employees anywhere. Could hear them talking in the back for 5 minutes before they came to take our order. We said we had an online order and they looked, saw the ticket and started making it then.

Jimmy John’s franchise owner, consider paying your employees a better wage so that you can retain better employees that are better able to serve your customers.

Disappointing experience all around.

I think the only good thing about this Jimmy John’s is that it has a drive-thru, the sandwich was just ok,
Fairly tasteless turkey.
Bread was greasy on the the bottom of the sandwich.
Lackluster employees that don’t really care about quality or service.
I guess I just won’t be coming back to this Jimmy John’s ever again.

Went in for a quick bite today.

Worst sandwich, and nastiest lobby I’ve ever seen for a JJs.

EVERY SINGLE TABLE was dirty. Had to take my food back to the car.

When I opened my food my sandwich was bare. Only meat and no lettuce or any fillings really.

I only get one sandwich from jjs, and it always tastes good.

Today, I had to stop halfway as the bread was too stale to finish the sandwich.

I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I had such a poor experience here that I thought was worth sharing as a Restaurant manager.

I went to this Jimmy John’s at 9:30PM. The front door was locked, I didn’t know the lobby closed 30 mins before store close. A man inside just waved his hand like “go around.” I’ve never been to this location before, so I walked around the building but couldn’t find another door—so I checked if they had a drive-thru. When I got to the speaker, the girl said “Jimmy John’s,” and I started to place my order. Every time I said something, she interrupted with “anything else” in a tone that made it clear she was annoyed and didn’t want to interact.

At the window, I said “hi,” but she just told me the total, took my card, and slammed the window. When she gave my card back, she didn’t say anything—then she poured my drink and suddenly said, “It didn’t go through.” I gave her the card again, and she slammed the window again. Then I overheard her say (which seemed like she wanted me to hear), “I don’t know why people be giving me their cards when they know it ain’t gonna go through.” It went through. That comment was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Like seriously? She handed me my sandwich without saying a word and slammed the window again.

This was truly awful awful customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience at Jimmy John’s until now, and I won’t be returning to this location. If someone can’t treat customers with basic respect or a welcoming attitude, maybe customer service isn’t the right job for them.

I am not sure what it is about this location in particular, but it seems they are consistently not meeting general standards of service. I had to drive back twice in the last 7 days to tell them my order was not correct. At this point, it’s a coin flip whether the service will meet your standards. Love the sandwiches though. Hope the owner irons out all of these issues and sees a consistent theme with the reviews of this location.

Drive thru experience awful today. The worker mumbled, couldn’t even tell if they were ready to take my order or what they said and they wouldn’t clarify anything about my order, I had no idea if they even heard it. Then at the window the woman just looked at me and didn’t say anything so I handed her my card, she shut the window, gave it back to me with my sandwich, didn’t say anything and shut the window again. No hello, no have a good day, no nothing. Like would it kill you to be friendly? Won’t come back to this location
