Update: Customer service commented and then did not follow up. I moved my review to 1 star. Very interesting experience here. It took a while to get my sandwich that consist of only cold ingredients and I was the only person in the restaurant. The sandwich itself is really bland, so I asked for onions. The onions tasted like lettuce zero flavor and did not help. Very disappointing. Usually the subs hit the spot. Also, the area where the sandwiches were made looked kind of nasty considering there was three employees. I was the only customer. It seemed as though there was definitely time to clean that.

If I could give zero I would not in present by this store at all. Got over charged subs were not made very while. Would never come back to this store. Find somewhere else to get better subs.

Taps at the soda machine is dirty the floors are dirty don’t drink or eat here for your own safety.

WORST SUBS EVER. BETTER OFF GOING TO SUBWAY FOR THE SAME SERVICE. BIG FAIL

My husband got all the veggies on his sandwich that he didn’t want. Then I wanted mine cut in half to share. On what planet is this half and half? More like 1/4-3/4. Not impressed and pretty upset. Will not be back. Upon further inspection, there is oil and vinegar on my sandwich. There was supposed to be non. I also ordered extra mayo on it. The sandwich was so dry… they messed up so much on our order… very upset.

Ordered a new wrap from a store about 5 minutes away at 11:55. After waiting an hour with no sandwhich I called at 12:58 and was told they dropped it off up front. Well I am upfront and never saw anyone drop it off. He had me on the phone for 10 minutes trying to figure it out and then said he doesnt know what happened but will make another one for me. Another 40 minutes goes by and the sandwhich finally arrives. Total almost 2 hours to get a “freaky fast” sandwhich that is blocks away from my work. Couldn’t eat it as I had to go into a meeting.

As you can see from my profile, I don’t write bad reviews pretty much at all. Especially of food places. Being a teacher and working in customer/food service for years, I know the world is short staffed and long waits or increased prices are expected. But I was last at this location on Monday of last week. There was one guy there. I didn’t mind. The thing was, the guy was really negative and angry. I was picking out toppings and about to list them off and he told me to step to the side and let other people order. That’s not a huge deal. where i got really upset is there was a guy who came in who clearly was blind or had cataracts. He grabbed a soda cup and put a few coins in the tip jar. The guy behind the counter got really angry at him. I don’t remember if there was swearing, but there was some raising of voices and yelling by the employee. It felt very tense. It ends up the guy couldn’t see, and he had grabbed the wrong cup. And the guy behind the counter didn’t apologize for getting angry or not clarifying. He just continued justifying his actions. It felt extremely tense and was the first time I’ve left a restaurant because of the atmosphere.

I understand burnout, especially working by yourself in the food business. I worked Uber Eats for a while and in customer service for years. But yelling, especially at a guy who couldn’t see and not apologizing, just really rubbed me the wrong way. No matter how angry I get, i would never think to yell at people, especially when they’re down on their luck.

I still like Jimmy Johns, but I couldn’t justify going back to this location.

This place has really gone down hill. I worked at this location for years, and my team always strived to do right by the customers, make good food, and get it to customers as fast as was possible. After this location was bought off by another franchise, service quality has severely diminished. I will let the experience earlier this year off easy (receiving a totally incorrect order), and another occasion where I went in to get my food and the manager (presumably, it was a woman at the slicer, which used to be a manager’s task) was screaming and cussing at someone on their personal phone, but just now I had a situation where we placed an order online, had it confirmed, and waited over an hour and a half with no food. Ordered at 4:54pm, and didn’t hear anything, so I decided to call at 6:30. I find out after I called that they don’t have a delivery driver, so they voided out our order sometime before 5:20 and neglected to call and inform us that our dinner would not in fact be coming at all. I would have appreciated a call saying something like “hey sorry, we don’t actually have a driver in so we are unable to deliver your food. If you’d like, we can have it available for you to pick up,” so I didn’t have to sit here for over an hour wondering when we are going to get our dinner. Absolute clown fiesta happening at this location, and I will be avoiding it from here on out. Perhaps another franchise needs to pick this location up and breathe some new life into it, as it’s been bad experience after bad experience with these guys.

Don’t bother ordering for delivery here. Ordered for delivery, had to pay $5 delivery charge, okay whatever. 55 minutes later we were notified that our order was being delivered through Uber Eats. Uber Eats delivered to the wrong house, we never got our food. Even if they would have delivered it to our house it would have taken 55 minutes. I double checked the address in the app and it was correct. Don’t waste your time!
