We ordered 2 combo sandwich meals online for dine-in. When we sat down to eat before opening up the sandwich wrapper we could tell it wasn’t our normal experience. The bottom of the buns were rock hard. The bottom of the French bread was waaaaaay over cooked, hard, and cracked when pressed or bitten into. Totally wrecked our experience! We’ve eaten at this location many, many times and never had this kind of sandwich experience.
We were both very hungry, I had to ask for my sandwich to be cut in half (this was a request when we placed the order.) and they didn’t make my sandwich the way it was requested.
I stepped up to the counter where 3 young male employees were standing with half my sandwich in hand and stated I wanted to express dissatisfaction with my sandwich and tapped on the bottom of the bread which could be heard over the loud music playing. All 3 looked blanlky at me, and one spoke up stating it was likely his fault, as he was new. Another stood silent, and the 3rd stated the bread was probably just ‘cold’ as it was probably sitting out since 3pm. (We were there at 7:50pm) No apologies. No offer to remake. Just a comment “You’re not the first to say something about this.”
This was the worst customer service I have received in a very long time!

Yes they are open! Today was actually their opening day as I found out, and I had one of the first sandwiches they made. Fast service, food was good, it’s a typical Jimmy Johns in every way with the added bonus of an ice cream shop inside too. Would recommend, I’ll definitely go there again.

Don’t order Jimmy John’s today been waiting an hour for it to get delivered. No drivers so they are using 3rd party delivery services. B.s update your app because I could have picked it up not tipped and ate in the amount of time wasted waiting. Do better.

Love this spot! The Jimmy John’s side is always super fast and the sandwiches are fresh every time. Staff is friendly and they get your order right, even when it’s busy.
And having a Baskin-Robbins right there? Game changer. Perfect way to treat yourself after lunch. The scoops are big and they’ve got all the good flavors.
Quick, easy, and always hits the spot. Definitely one of my go-to lunch stops!

I walked in because I wanted the service and experience.
Just me and one other gentleman there, he was already eating. I stood there for at least a minute and a half, and none of the 4 employees that I saw even looked at me. ( all on their phones. ) i even walked to the Baskin Robins part of the store and then walked back to try and order. Got 0 acknowledgment and left with nothing. I could not rate the subs, but obviously, the service and atmosphere were beyond bad. Will not even attempt another try.

This is actually for the Baskin robbins half of it. We stopped in Saturday got 2 small bowls and 1 small cone. Bowls had 1 scoop of ice cream. The cone had ice cream that juuuust barely came above the top of the cone. Which is good and fine if priced accordingly. $16 for what we got is not it. Maybe worth $10 for what you get.
This is our first BR experience so I don’t know if it’s par for the course or this employee is under scooping. But if you go look at their website, they show 1 big scoop of ice cream sitting above the cone. This was definitely not our experience.

Got a sandwich this AM and had to throw it out. The lettuce was rotting, when I scraped it off my sandwich there was a small bug. This was almost a daily meal for me, but I will most likely not be returning.
