We had the new pita, really good but they made it too much like a sandwich, heavy lettuce and light tomatoes and cucumbers. We will adjust next time and do light lettuce and more cukes and tomatoes. Good flavor and the meat is way better than I expected.

Update: what a terrible response by the owner, I had no more than an ounce or two of meat on my whole sandwich at most. One thin slice of meat. I absolutely will NOT be trying any of your other sandwiches lol
Every time I go to this location I get less and less meat on my sandwich. Just realized that one whole half of my sandwich didn’t even have Turkey on it, not cool for a $11 sandwich. Plus the bread is super burnt

They completely forgot to customize my order. They forgot: To add the bacon, the Dijon mustard, and to remove the tomatoes, and onions. I recommend you don’t customize your sandwich with anything that costs extra because it’s likely you’re just wasting money in exchange for nothing. Meanwhile the staff is always either sitting or LAYING around in the customer seating section of the restaurant

I already submitted this information to the corporate website at Jimmy John’s. I participated in the toasted Tuesday promo. I ordered at 7:00 AM for pick up at 8:15 PM. When ordering the price came to 0 dollars and no need to enter the promo code to get the free sandwich. I arrived to pick up the sandwich at 8:45 PM and was told the upper brass told the staff to void any 0 dollar sandwiches. Probably not the greatest experience due to driving in a winters mix to get the answer I received. I’m not sure after numerous days that I have not had an owner response. Who knows maybe I might just go away? Communication is always a good thing. It is now a few weeks and I still have I have not had any response from the owner. Just looking for some type of response! Not going away. Very poor customer service. Now at 3-4 weeks and no response from JJ. Now six weeks later and still no response from owner. Hello? Will continue to update.

Today, this location was either very busy or under staffed. Took about 30 minutes for the drive thru.
That being said, the young lady working the window was kind and apologetic and cool under fire. Food was still exactly as ordered.

Manager is wack. They’re in their 20’s and had air pods on constantly and refused to listen and help. The other people there were super nice (and high schoolers) manager could take a lesson about communication from their younger employees

The past number of experiences have gone wrong. The employees don’t seem to care and will just avoid you and their mistakes. My partner and I have been scammed out of money because they won’t include any or all of our kicken ranch, or sides. If I go to confront them, they dont respond or come to the window or they hide. Nothing gets taken care of or no amends are made.

Picked up order. When got home there was a sandwich missing. Called. They knew it. Said their drivers couldn’t bring it even though only 2.2 miles. Drove back to retrieve sandwich. Not any apology and person who appeared to be in charge said have a nice day like get out of heat when I asked if not even an apology. Very poor business skills and clear unable to complete an order adequately and not willing to make up for it.

So i ordered 2 subs long story short delivery was screwed up called JJ back SUPER COOL kid on the phone remade my order and drove it to me himself gave him all my cash i had as a tip 10 or 12 bucks wish i had more kid went above and beyond to make this customer happy i will make sure you get as many orders from TA as i can GREAT WORK!!!!
