I just did a curbside pick-up order and literally left crying because of how incredibly rude the person was that brought my meal out to me. I have never done a curbside pick-up order from Jimmy John’s and thought “how perfect! I have a baby sleeping in the back seat and this way I don’t have to wake them up just so I can eat once today!” The app allowed me to do a curbside pick-up, and when I pulled up I didn’t see any designated spots BUT the email said to just put the hazard lights on and be as close to the front as possible, so I did just that. I couldn’t see any postage about there not being enough staff to do curbside or that this location simply doesn’t do curbside – then the male who has reddish facial hair brought my meal out to me with no hello or anything just an immediate “yeah, so you know we don’t do curbside because we don’t have the staff so you got lucky today” and talked as he was walking away. Completely dismissing me when I said I’m so sorry, I truly didn’t know – he couldn’t have cared any less. A truly horrific experience. I simple “hi! You might’ve seen we don’t have any designated spots and it’s because we don’t have the staff but we were able to do yours today for you!” so simple and doesn’t dismiss anyone and is still kind. So rude. Please, be better. This was my first time at this location and my last.

The absolute worst store in existence. Fire everyone there, get better management. I would be ashamed to have a store like this exist. They are slower than a turtle. It took them, I’m not kidding 35 minutes to make a BLT and cut a pickle in half. LOL. Seeing all the customer reviews here… I should have went somewhere else. Lesson learned.

This Jimmy John’s is an actual joke and should just be closed down. Not only are the hours terrible but they close before their posted hours and then try to blame it on you for ordering 20 mins before closing as you should have known they might be short handed.

Spare yourself the agony and don’t go to this store. They messed up our online order for a business meeting, and when I brought the order back to the store, I was treated rudely (same guy in the red shirt that someone else reported being rude below). When I ask for the manager and a refund, the GM simply blamed the “new girl” for the mistake, right in front of everyone. I said I’m a manager too, why not train her better instead of blame her?
When I said I had a room full of people waiting for me in a meeting because of the mistake, he offered a couple cookies for my trouble. I said don’t bother, I won’t be back. I’ve been to this store before and there’s always something wrong, they can’t keep staff, all signs of poor management. Too bad because I love Jimmy johns but I’ll have to find a new store. They should just close this one, its giving the brand a bad name.

Pulled up quickly and walked in and right away I couldn’t tell if the store was open. I asked the guy there and he didn’t answer me. I asked him why he wasn’t answering me and he said it was obvious that they were closed. Door was unlocked, lights on outside and lunch time. He was extremely rude. I have never had an experience like that and am very disappointed in this store.

Haven’t ordered from them in months. Never have drivers. Never open. General manager is a complete air head. Skimp on food when the sandwiches are literally 15$

Ordered my food for delivery and it took an hour and 30 min. Not freaky fast! No ice left in the drink I ordered AND they just dropped the order off in the lobby off my workplace rather than calling like usual.
This location should turn off delivery capability until they can deliver in a more reasonable time frame.
Note, I usually get decent service from this location in person.

Customer Service skills need more work, walked in and there were four employees but only one seems like they were working . After I ordered my food and patiently waited , two of the employees had went to the back but the other two that was up front was joking around, made food and walked out . As I’m still waiting another customer walks in and ordered, he received his food within five minutes after ordering but somehow no one remembered I had an order ….
