So, is it because I put my order as RyRyBalls3000 for my name?? Because you could have just laughed it off or even insulted me in your head instead of crushed my sandwich and put a single strip of bacon on it.
Side note I work for the biggest company in Maple Grove who orders from you for our meetings all the time, just ordered 24 sandwiches on Tuesday and if we ever get any that look like this when I’m working I’ll definitely have to put in a request to send our business elsewhere. Just do better homies, you can’t pay 10 dollars for a sandwich to pick it up and it looks like someone sat on it.

HORRIBLE…waited at least 10 min to order and another 10 min for ONE sandwich. 4 employees working, practically ignoring me the entire time. They actually acknowledged me once and said they were going to get to my order. i’ll never be back!

Too many young people working who have no service skills. They are on their phones, yelling with each other and messing around while there is a line of people. Multiple times I went in and ordered and it took 10 minutes for my sub to get to me. Would NOT recommend this Jimmy Johns.

First time at this JJ’s location. Ordered in drive thru. Staff was great, order came out quick. The bread was not fresh, quite stale. The tomato was grainy/gritty. The sandwich was incredibly salty. Normally JJ’s is good, but not this location.

I order from this location frequently and always love the service, but I ordered my food for delivery at 3pm. I am on a time crunch today and only ordered Jimmy John’s for its speed. It wasn’t delivered until 3:50 leaving me with only 10 minutes to eat. On top of that, I received the wrong side with my meal. This seems to me to be a failure on the management. Y’all need to hire more drivers so they aren’t having to take as many orders at once causing longer delays.

Food has always been good at JJ’s. People have always been friendly, and food is ready pretty quickly. The place has yet to be clean when I’ve been there to eat in. Kind of trashy (maybe to harsh) and dirty tables with tables and chairs scattered. We usually wipe down a table while we see staff standing around and talking. I can only think of once in the dozen times I’ve been there that things were in order. It doesn’t stop me from going as everything else seems to be in order and very good otherwise.

Terribly slow, and the delivery lady claimed my mom had publicly shamed an employee. When In fact the employee was extremely late, and my mom had mentioned that she didn’t want the sandwich anymore, since her lunch break was already over in the 45 MINUTES it took for the lady to bring my mom a sandwich. And instead of apologizing to my mom she got an attitude, and told her an excuse that didn’t justify her being late.
The delivery driver definitely needs to take accountability and grow thicker skin, she isn’t cut out for any workplace, let alone a jimmy johns, where your expected to be fast.

3 pieces of ham on entire sandwich. What a rip off. Sign on drive thru says be kind. Short staffed. I was the only customer there. They took 10 mis to take my order and make it. Staff is not friendly. Maybe Jimmy John should turn the sign to face your employees.
