I’m not trying to be a Karen but this happens all the time… I don’t know if it’s an issue with ordering off the app or what, I selected the option for no tomato’s and also asked for pickles but no pickles… Delivery guy was nice and courteous.

Overall we are happy with Jimmy John’s in Hutchinson, MN.
The bread & veggies are fresh (most of the time) and the service is ok, but depends on who is working at the time.
Some people are friendly & polite, and some not that much… but we love the sandwiches from J.J. way too much, so we keep going back, at least 5-6 times a month.
The dinning area is nice & clean, but sometimes the music is very loud and it’s difficult to hear the cashier when is talking. There is plenty parking and easy access in/out of the restaurant.
There are also other stores nearby, like T-Mobile, Walmart, PetSmart, Runnings, Target and Gas Stations.

For the slogan of being freaky fast, we arrived as the only vehicle in the drive through and proceeded to wait 21 min for two sandwiches to be made with four workers present and no other customers in the building… Our consultation prize was that we could eat our chips and finish our pops while we waited.

Sandwhich bread was soaked in oil, dripping. Salami meat was old had brown throughout couldn’t eat it. Horrible experience, will never go back.

I wish I’d read these reviews beforehand. I don’t know what happened to the whole “subs so fast you’ll freak” thing. I haven’t ordered JJ’s in years and I was craving one. So I downloaded the app and placed an order for a really tasty looking sandwich I’d just seen in one of their commercials.
WHAT A FREAKING JOKE!!!!!
I live less than a mile and a half from the store and it took an hour and a half from the time I placed the order. So needless to say by time it finally got to me, I opened a sloppy oily mess. Definitely not the greatest first impression.
Won’t make that mistake again.

Long wait, literally had time to go to the store and back. Was told to come in for our food after it was not ready for drive-through pickup. Came in and 2 members of staff were just standing around and the other 2 were completely disorganized. After being told to come in when we came back we stood around waiting for our food for it to be sitting by the drive through window the whole time when we were not greeted or asked what our order was. Even after we finally got our order (20 minutes+) sandwiches had hair in them and the other was made wrong. Unfortunately a terrible experience at this location.

I’ll let the picture speak for itself. I also didn’t get the bag a chips I ordered and had to drive back. They said this is the normal amount of meat on their subs. I’ve ordered this plenty of times to know this is abnormally low on content.

Great food, great service, Courtney is the manager and is awesome. She’s polite and makes sure it’s a good experience. When I have seen them make mistakes, she has always fixed the issue and made sure the customer was happy.
