Ordered for work lunch during a training day. Didn’t have an opportunity to leave to get lunch. Went to add my mayonnaise and this is the turkey I got. I’ve never seen anything nastier. I called to tell them and they said “and?” Like they couldn’t have cared less. She said they’d refund me and I said I mean I would just like a new sandwich I don’t have any other option and she said it’d look the same and come from the same pack of turkey. Tell me you’d eat this… I don’t know how someone put this on a sandwich and thought it’d be okay to serve.

Some of the nicest employees at this location! Very kind humans! Very clean and a surprisingly large space for a jimmy johns! Lots of seating!! There is another jimmy Johns not far from this one and i will choose this location over the other one hands down! I went tonight and they had a couple people training in and the people training them were very encouraging and understanding!! Great job!!

The employees are always so nice at this location and the food is always good! I came in today and their servers were down and the employees were working so hard to get everyone their food in a timely manner, despite technical issues that happen from time to time. Slowest JJ that I have ever dined at.
25 minutes to get a JJ slim from mobile order!
I came inside to watch them make orders for 6 walk in customers who ordered at the checkout and waited for their sandwiches…picked them up and walked out. I’m still waiting for my sandwich from my mobile order. Yes I checked in when I arrived and waited in my car for 10 minutes watching people go in and out!!!! Then walked inside to see ridiculous travesty in person!
5 employees and sandwiches were rolling out so slow. 4 other always waiting for sandwiches!

Ordered Jimmy John’s for lunch as I didn’t have time to leave the office. Received my sandwich that was supposed to be cut in half, and it was not. This is the third time this has happened in a row. Not only that, but my BLT that comes with mayo didn’t have any mayo on it. There’s like 4 ingredients that go into a BLT. Shouldn’t be that hard to get right.

I placed a catering order for pick up at this location for 9/21/23. Food was ready on time and staff was very personable. They even asked me to call back to make sure everything was OK. I did not call back but appreciated their desire for feedback which shows they care. To me, that means a lot.

Staff was friendly and fast and when I askedc the staffed if they liked their job they said yes and engaged me in conversation as it wasn’t busy. It’s always nice to be served by those who enjoy their job. Not that it affects me at all but it is disappointing that this location does not accept cash and although I see many reasons for this practice I do find it borderline discriminatory. This all being said the staff is quick, accurate and friendly, as well as a clean establishment!
