They don’t have their own delivery drivers. Twice now it’s taken over an hour to get a small order delivered to my address, which is only a mile away. I suggest pickup if you want your food within a reasonable time frame.

Jimmy John’s literally has the worst “rewards” programs ever! Though their sandwiches are really delicious, you gotta spend hundreds of dollars to get something small as a cookie for free. And if you don’t redeem the reward within their provided timeframe, you lose it. they are the definition of highway robbery. I’m deleting the app and not shopping there anymore.Super expensive with little-to-no rewards.

I usually eat here all the time since they are so close and fast, but I’m disappointed on their portions especially since I paid extra for it….. I paid extra for avocado spread on my sandwich and there was literally barily any on there and it was hidden between slices of meat.. super disappointed and I’ll reconsider how I spend my money next time. Also every time I get a reward on my app it’s a condiment or side that I never buy or like- what’s they point in a reward system that doesn’t know their customer.

Stopped in about a week ago and cannot stop thinking about my amazing experience at this location. Young gentleman named Tory was very quick with my order and answered any possible questions i had regarding my food allergies. great experience and young adults should have the same customer service as this young man offered. will be returning!

Definitely not freaks fast. Guy working the drive though didn’t say anything on the intercom until I sat there for 5 minutes if not longer and finally said “hello?” Then he responded and took my order. Upon getting to the drive through it was clear this guy had an infected eye. Pink eye? And his nails were very long and unkempt. Not good for food service. Watched very closely to make sure he didnt have contact with food. Threw out my soda that he filled.

Why bother even customizing your sandwich, they don’t follow what you ask for, do you have knives? Sandwich are never cut! The sandwiches are always just thrown together. The past times we’ve been here, May 4th, April 29th, April 13th, March 10th, February 18th and 12th all 2021.
Unfortunately we keep returning because this is the only drive thru JJs near us.
Hopefully they can get some updated training!

My “sandwich” was smaller than my child’s half sandwich…. and so I ordered again. And then I ordered again. 20 minutes pass and he still forgets my drink. I called the store and they were unprofessional about all of it.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery, and it took 58 minutes, even though the restaurant is just 5 minutes away. This is the third time it’s happened. I choose delivery for convenience due to my work schedule, but at this point, it’s become more inconvenient.

My sandwich was done less than 60 seconds after I paid for it. Gave 4 stars because it was a bit unbalanced with some of the cheese and meat hanging out the open end.
5 star service for the “freaky fast” service and explanation on the “jimmy peppers”.
4 star atmosphere because of no music playing.
Overall very positive experience.
