I am a loyal Jimmy John’s rewards customer and all of the locations (wayzata, Chanhassen, Hopkins ect) close to where I live have been extremely slow, poor quality sandwiches and most of the time terrible customer service. I hope they’ve dropped the “freaky fast” statement as it typically takes about 10+ minutes to order in person at these locations. I am finally writing a review because my “Turkey Tom” had literally one slice of turkey and I’m so disappointed I paid about $10.00 for basically bread. See photo. Please do better, you used to be a go-to favorite for me and I’m always let down every time I go.

I don’t know why they even say freakishly fast. This place is sluggishly slow. They must have had some online order they were preparing for, because nobody was even in the store and they just continued making other subs and ignoring making mine.

Seems some people haven’t had good luck here, but I thankfully did. I personally haven’t been into this store in over 5 years and cant truly speak to the instore experience, but I couldnt skip rating the “atmosphere” part of rating but my last time in was a good experience even though its been a long time. I ordered delivery yesterday to try out their new toasted sub and it was fantastic. Both sandwiches I ordered were made very well and whoever made it definitely did not skimp on ingredients as both my sandwiches were packed. Everything tasted fresh and the bread was really high quality as usual. Really happy with the food so, ill be returning for sure.

Freaky fast, freaky good. I love ordering from this location. Especially last minute. I have ordered from them a hundred times over the years and my order has always been correct, never late, they follow any delivery instructions always. The sandwiches have the best flavor. They taste so fresh! The options are fantastic whether you want to totally indulge or watch your diet, there is something for everyone. My child has dietary restrictions and the website and mobile app make it easy to avoid any issues with allergies. I am a JJ customer for life.

We ordered two sandwiches and two teas. An hour and a phone call later they were dropped off. When i called and asked kindly regarding time of drop off after 45 minutes the guy who answered hung up on me and then the girl was incredibly rude. I tipped 20% for over $41 for mediocre sandwiches and rude service. I did nothing to deserve snotty attitude from their employees. Jimmy Johns is off my list of places from which i will order.

Online order note: Something I noticed was when I ordered a custom sandwich, went to check out, then went back to edit, the system lost all of my edits on my sandwich. 🙁
My daughter’s sandwich was the way we ordered it. Mine was placed as a regular #1 and I had wanted some items added/removed.
Totally not the stores fault, it is a flaw with the way the website is coded.
Sharing in case this happens to you. Remember to go back and re-add yoyr customization to the sandwich.

Worst jimmy John’s. Waited an hour for my delivery. I called to see where my order was and was hung up on called again to the manager who didn’t take me serious till I said I would call corporate. Which they told me I’ll get my sandwiches for free. No one called to tell me there was no driver. When I asked why they said they were too busy. They never even made my sandwich I still had to wait.

Hard to leave a good review when they’re never open during their listed hours. This location hasn’t updated their hours online despite closing at 4pm on weekends for the past few months.
It’s due to being short staffed which I can sympathize for a while but when it goes on this long, it tells me that the business can’t keep employees, most likely due to low pay or poor management. Also! Since their hours aren’t updates online, you can still put orders in, even though they’re closed! Talk about poor service.
