We used to love ordering from Jimmy John’s because they offered fast delivery. Now they use Uber which is far from fast. We ordered toasted sandwiches, but they are cold and obviously not toasted. We’re so disappointed and will be ordering from a different sandwich place from now on.

They never have any drivers anymore and they put it through Uber, so my order always takes way longer. Whoever manages this place needs to get a grip. Ridiculous, get more drivers and do what you’re known for? Freaky fast.. this location isn’t busy enough to justify not having drivers.

Best. Sandwich. Ever. I have personally been coming to this jimmy john’s since it opened and the workers have always made me feel welcome! The country is a vibe. My personal favorites are Josh & Cameron, they have always made me feel like family by the way they make my sandwiches. I would never trust another. I can only hope my last meal is a jimmy john’s sandwich from here.

I’m the idiot for continuing to order from here. Many many instances of waiting over an hour for deliveries or just having to pick it up ourselves after waiting for so long. Today is the final straw. Waited an hour for our food. I finally called and was told “oh yeah I haven’t had a chance to call you but we are out of bread….” I beg your finest pardon? Out of bread? “It will be about half an hour until I have more” A sandwich shop, that bakes their own bread, out of bread? Then waiting an hour until I call myself to be told this fun fact ♀️ Now waiting on a refund that will take about a week to get. Awesome.

The cost for 2 meals and a Mini John is outrageous. Than the machine ask the customer if we wanna tip, hell no I don’t wanna tip. The employee was not happy and had no shame in showing it. DID I GET THE CORRECT PORTIONS IN MY SANDWHICHES? $37 bucks for lunch.

I drive for uber eats and I am a customer too. Great food, great services, the workers are always so kind and timely! Every time I have come here for a pickup to deliver to a customer, food is always ready, and if not, they never take more than 3 minutes to wrap up everything! I appreciate when one’s time is valued! I’ll have to give all these stars because it’s my granddaughter’s first choice of places to go out to eat. She even wants to work there when she grows up! I do like the horseradish sauce, and the unwich option (wrapped in lettuce leaves instead of bread).

My significant other and I arrived at the restaurant at 8:15 PM. Upon entering, we were not greeted. I ordered a Vito sandwich with extra mayo, but they gave me extra onions instead. The other sandwich was a spicy Italian with extra hot peppers. However, there was a lot of lettuce and barely any peppers.
I have never had a bad experience at any Jimmy John’s, but I will not be coming back to this location. This is upsetting since we live very close by. Upon reviewing all the reviews, it seems like the employees and managers do not take feedback seriously to improve this location. I have already left a review on their website.
I would advise anybody who decides to come to this location to go to a different Jimmy John’s .

Every time I order they only have 1 driver and the excuse is always “we are very busy” maybe call in another driver? They use door dash drivers and they take forever. I waited over an hour to get 2 sandwiches from now on I’ll be ordering from the one in Brooklyn Park not Champlin.
