I will never order from Jimmy John’s again.. I place an order for a veggie sub with extra lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and peppers which I didn’t receive extra… My bread was extremely hard it hurt my teeth when I bit into it.. I called the location to complain and come to find out the manager was the one that made my sub…. If I could give zero stars I would… I would NEVER order from from Jimmy John’s again, what a waste of money I’m extremely disappointed… I’m definitely going to order from Subways across the street next time, I know my veggie sub would be fully loaded with fresh soft bread…

Don’t use jimmy John’s for delivery. They don’t use their own drivers anymore and it took an hour and a half to deliver 2 miles away. You’re better off picking up the food from the store instead of them handing you a soggy sandwich from an hour and a half ago

I walked into this place and all I can say is Health Department help me there was food stuck to the walls there was garbage all over the place and the tables look like they’ve been cleaned in a year Better Business Bureau help their soda has so much syrup underneath it and on it I don’t think you could get a drink anyone help this place needs to be shut down

I ordered 2 sandwiches for “as soon as possible” and it took them over an hour. Not only that but I paid for 2 extra toppings which neither were on there. I also asked them for “ez cheese” but there was too much on there. The lettuce tasted old and soggy and there was way too much of it on my sandwich, but not nearly enough meat. It tasted quite disappointing compared to other jimmy johns locations I’ve had.

On Saturday July 14 I called and ordered an 18 piece party pack for pick up at 5pm. All sandwiches were ordered as the Pepe. Customized with no tomato and add onion. When I got there, the sandwiches weren’t ready. Had to wait for 15 minutes. When I got home and opened the box all the sandwiches were wrong. All had tomato and no onion. The reason I ordered no tomato was because one person coming was allergic to tomatoes. So Thanks Jimmy John’s For trying to kill one of my guests.

Been coming here more often due to living nearby and busy schedules preventing us from home cooking meals on certain nights. This is a quality Jimmy John’s. We stop in fairly regularly, and the staff is always very friendly. The sandwiches are what you expect from a jimmy johns. I’m always happy. And for some reason my kids love eating here. Like going in, sitting down, and dining in. So I guess that’s nice.

I ordered a wrap and they made me a sandwich, I had to drive all the way back to correct it. No apology, no urgency to fix it. I’ve had rude service every single time I’ve been in there. The cashier wanted to take the incorrect sandwich back. Perhaps they should focus on making it correct the first time.
