Thank you Alex for 5 star service even though I came in 3 minutes before closing time!!! I used my birthday #FREEBIE in the Jimmy John’s app. I got freaky five star service and freaky fast food! Sandwich was fresh and delicious and filling. Restaurant was clean and quiet.

I have been going to this Jimmy John’s since it opened. Probably 100 times for myself and others in our office. I’ve had both delivery and pick up. Sometimes I want to get out of the office so today I ordered 2 sandwiches and noted “ASAP” pick up which is the fastest possible. I left my office about 10 minutes after I ordered as the store is literally 3-4 minutes away.
When I arrived I was immediately greeted by someone and I said “pick up for Tom”. He looked at the tickets on the pending order line without luck and then I said “2 tuna sandwiches” which help him locate it. I noticed that it was at the very beginning (new order) of the many pending’s in line. I thought that was odd. I sat down and waited..and waited. I noticed that people would come in and order, their tickets would be pick up and moved from the end to near the front of the line. I then noticed that the older white bearded employee who helped me initially came back and noticed I was still waiting. He pointed at the ticket and me and then it looks like they only then began to prepare my sandwiches.
Over 25 minutes after I ordered, I was handed my sandwiches by the white bearded man who had helped me. I pointed out what I observed and rather than apologize or offer an explanation, he simply said he didn’t know how they were handling the tickets. I know that was a lie because as you may have read, I watched him handle other tickets and mine for the past 15 minutes while I waited. I told him politely that I didn’t believe him and left. Hence this review. Service was NOT fast, especially for a place that prides itself as Jimmy John’s Fast. But the lie is what prompted this 1 star service review. Be honest and do better.

I stopped for lunch around 12:30 on 10 Oct 2025.
I received very friendly (and FAST) service along with a recommendation on how to order the sandwich I wanted to get the best price.
Great job, everyone!

I ordered two sandwich the cashier only heard one and didn’t confirm my order nor gave me a receipt. He combined both my orders in one. When I went back to order the second sandwich he did not apologize nor say anything regarding the incident. His overall customer service was poor.

No avocado on my #6. So dissapointed to swing in on my work lunch only to eat a piece of cheese with bread. Went back in after work to see if they would fix this issue. Nope was told that they made it right, even though I showed them pictures.
Wont be going back- worst experience

I love this place and I’m surprised it doesn’t have more positive reviews. I go here about 1-2 times per week and have a pretty specific order; sometimes I change it up, but they always get it right. This place is clean and the employees are always friendly. I’m so grateful to live close to this Jimmy John’s location.

The woman who took my order was SO HAPPY AND SWEET! She actually was unsure of how to apply my reward to my order before paying but the person I assume was the manager quickly was at her side showing her how to do it. My sandwich was ready before I even paid, which was a very short amount of time. Plus, it is absolutely delicious! Some of the best roast beef I’ve had in a while and neatly made. Oh, and the woman I initially encountered complimented my dress on the way out, which wasn’t part of her job but made my experience even better. The whole crew made my sunny day off even sunnier!!! Thanks JJ’s!

We ordered food for delivery, including four sandwiches, two bags of chips, and two pickles. The food arrived all jammed into one small bag (with the bottom all soggy and wet from pickle juice). It should have been a clue that there was no way to get all that food in one small bag, but the driver left before we checked it all. Lo and behold, one of the sandwiches wasn’t there. I called the store and the employee who answered verified my order and then said they could deliver another sandwich or credit me for it. I said, “It’s too late… Please refund me for the cost of that.” She said okay. Well, my credit card charge went through at full price. I contacted JJ’s customer service and I was emailed by someone from “Inspire Foods.” She said I was given “store credit” and that it doesn’t show up anywhere. The only way I can use it is to call the store or go into the store. So they don’t give me what I ordered and my only recourse is to give them more business (and I can’t even order online)??? I emailed back to say that is not acceptable and not what I agreed to. I asked for a refund for the cost of the sandwich I didn’t get. Since then, she has ghosted me. She hasn’t returned my emails and when I emailed JJ’s customer service again, they won’t return messages either. I finally went to the store a week later and very politely told them I had store credit for a sandwich I didn’t get the previous week. The employee I talked to had no clue about this… She asked for another employee and she was equally clueless. (I don’t blame the employees for this at all — it just highlights a very poor system and customer service from JJs.) After showing them the email from customer service, she called someone on the phone and they went round and round for several minutes. Finally, I heard her say, “So just give him some kind of credit?” After she hung up, she said, “Okay, we put in a credit. What would you like?” I ordered a sandwich at then she said, “It comes to $10.07. So you owe 7 cents.” I said, “Excuse me?” She replied, “Your credit was only for $10 so you owe 7 cents.” Wow… Again, the poor employees are just working in a bad system but JJs management should be ashamed by this. Then I had to wait over 10 minutes for them to make my sandwich, even though I was the only customer in the store. (They were focusing on an online order.) The best part is there is a decal on the front window that says, “This is a Certified Training Store.” This is how it is supposed to work? Is Jimmy Johns actually proud of how this all occurred? So the moral of the story is that the service from Jimmy John’s is poor, you may not get what you want, and if you don’t, you might not get anything at all unless you are willing to plead your case and wait and wait… AVOID THIS STORE! And probably avoid Jimmy Johns all together.
