Had a mistake missing meat on my sons beach club, I am recovering from the flu, the young lady working at 3:30-4 PM fixed our order and made the most amazing sandwich of my life (first meal in days). We ordered a party box and were very disappointed. Half the sandwiches didn’t have cheese on them and hardly any meat. We called to inquire about the order and the manager told us “if you ordered the tomatoes and onions then they would have looked more full,” and refused to give us any kind of refund or work with us in any way. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Order from here at your own risk, since they apparently don’t stand behind their products.

On 3/30/24 I went to this location and ordered a beach club on wheat, one of my favorites. I haven’t eaten all day so I was very hungry and excited to get my Jimmy John’s. I returned back to work with my sandwich only to find they made my entire sandwich out of the butt bread! I couldn’t even eat my sandwich because the butt bread was so hard and chewy. I order this sandwich very often and this has never happened to me at any location in the past. I called and told them the issue and they did say they would credit my account, so hopefully when I go back I’ll have a free sandwich.

I wonder if the guy making my sandwich was new. If so, I’m sure the location is fine. Everything was clean and the workers were friendly.
Usually my sandwich is done by the time I’m finished paying (or close) but I had to wait a bit. Not freaky fast, only moderately quick. That wouldn’t have have bothered me a ton but my #6 Veggie had a pitiful amount of lettuce on it. My sandwich felt empty! Most of my sandwich should be lettuce (or at least vegetables), not bread and cheese. Frustrating, but I’m going to move on with my life now.

Asked them to cut it in half and asked to clarify and still couldn’t do it right. Last 10 times I’ve been here they got the order right 2 times. If I double check with them to make sure they got what I said and they still get it wrong idk what I could do.

Gary and Will hooked me up. I haven’t left a drive-thru so happy I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face in a long time. I had to go out of my way because my Jimmy John’s location was already closed for the night. I think from now on, I will go to the Eagan location specifically because of Gary and Will. Unbelievably terrible! Waited 30 min. Called. Was delivered after 40 minutes. Ordered Italian night club with peppers. Received what’s in the pictures. Had to drive back to the store to show them the sandwich. Unable to refund or give gift card. After waiting at store for 20 minutes I was told to call the manager on Monday.
