Ordered the GIANT J.J.B.L.T. with extra bacon for delivery about a month ago. I got bread and one piece of bacon NOTHING ELSE WAS ON THE SANDWICH. I Paid $25 plus $5 tip. When I called to inform them what happened, I was told ” the manager is not available and I would need to call back. Will never order here again. I should have ordered from Jersey Mike’s Subs instead

Bad service & rude employees. Order the sandwich hours before I got off work says it was delivered was never delivered. I call up to the store ask if I could just come pick it up the next day she says that they voided my transaction and I was refunded. It’s literally been 7 days and I still haven’t got refunded. I’m definitely going to Jersey Mike’s from now on.

doesn’t accept US DOLLARS cause workers are too lazy to get change. when they do accept your money they are terrible at their job, doordash orders smashed, complete wrong orders walk to the walmart instead so you don’t overpay FOR A SANDWICH and waste your time i really hope this location makes major changes before employees cause major problems with customers

I was in the drive through. Ordered 2 sandwiches. One of my sandwiches was made wrong. It was a simple mistake that I would have gladly went back to have fixed. I called up to JJ to speak to the shift supervisor and she was so rude to me. Immediately put the blame on me and became defensive although I was not angry. Told me “I made the sandwiches and I know I made them right”! The person in the drive through repeated our orders. So I know I ordered what I needed.
I did call up to Jimmy John’s when I got home and I realized that my sandwich was made wrong. I asked to speak to the manager who was this rude and angry woman. She told me that she was “hot” and that she “has nobody else making orders” but her and then hung up on me. I understand her frustration but as a paying customer, this was not how I should have been handled. Not only was I unsatisfied with my meal and the low-grade food they gave me, the lettuce was wilted and brown, missing ingredients and poorly wrapped, I had the worst customer service. I hope the jj fixes their wrong.

I ordered the roast beef pickle which and they put ONE slice of roast beef and forgot the cheese. Mind you, I’m pregnant and have been craving this for so long. Now I’m starving and need to go buy a second lunch. So disappointing.

They withhold the bathroom code prior to payment of food. 0590. I obviously planned to make a purchase but needed to use the bathroom badly. I almost walked out when they said you have to buy food first. Just inhospitable. I think I will skip this location in the future, too much disrespect. There isn’t much seating either.

I never have an issue with my order, food is always great. However, the staff at this location are not very friendly at all. I never hear “hello” “thank you” or “have a good day” nothing. Lacking customer service skills.
