Freaky fast does not apply to this location. Ordered lunch for delivery at 11:55 AM. Food was delivered at 1:40 PM. I work two blocks away from this location. I could have crawled on my hands and knees to the store and gotten my sandwich faster all while skipping the delivery charge.

I order from this location frequently. I order using the mobile app. The delivery is usually pretty quick. I love their sandwiches. They do a good job for the most part. I have had a few issues before with my order, but they always resolve it if you bring it to their attention. The staff at this location does a good job. I love the Mayo!

Has been a while since we had Jimmy John’s, saw the new kicked chicken sandwich which sounded good. Also ordered my daughter a pepe sandwich. My daughter’s sandwich had literally 2 pieces of ham and on piece of cheese and was mostly lettuce. My kicken chicken sandwich was anything but kicken or containing chicken. Was like eating a lettuce and mayo sandwich. This was a $9 sandwich? Doesn’t even remotely look close to the commercial version which shows large chances of chicken as well as peppers. Took several pics after I had a couple bites and could detect meat. Won’t be back anytime soon again!

I had walked in this establishment today july15th at 11:30am to buy a cold drink when the black girl who had approached me in a very assertive and condescending manner that I need to buy something on which my original intentions was to buy something in the first place on which she had embarrassed me in the restaurant by singling me out on which she didn’t even give me time to walk in the store and to get setlled to place my order. I shrugged it off my shoulder and bought a drink. I don’t know what she was insinuating about me on which I barely come in the establishment to begin with in the first place. I thought her approach was indirectly rude and condescending towards me on which she had made me feel like I did something wrong or I come in this place to not buy a thing on which I had purchase food from this place before in the past. I understand theirs people who comes up in there with unreasonable intentions but don’t raise your voice like I did something wrong and instead of giving me time to come to the counter to place my order. I will not do my business at this establishment ever again because that not how you treat customer especially the ones who bought food there in the past.

You could be the only one in the place and they will make a dozen online orders right in front of you, making you wait for those to be done first. Music is obnoxiously loud. Some workers are very friendly; most are not.

My boyfriend and I were eating at one of the tables and I noticed a poster that said they had Kickin Ranch chips and I mentioned it to him. One of the coworkers overheard and gave us a bag free of charge! The workers were all very kind, would definitely go here again!
