Dang, they could have at least spread the guacamole evenly. Good thing I had tomatoes, lettuce, guacamole, and mayo. plus a little bit more love to give to to this lonesome sub. Probably won’t come back but, to whoever was in charge of making this #6 heartbreaking of a veggiesub… I forgive you.

Ordered food for delivery. It took over 1 1/2 hours to get it. Was out for delivery for an hour. Food was soggy and pop was hot with no ice as it melted in the one hour car ride to my work that’s 6 blocks away. Wrote an email to contact me for a refund. Never heard back. Would never order from them again!!

I’ve been to this location twice and have had two really bad experiences. The first one I got a veggie sandwich since I can’t eat deli meat and they added capicola & salami and they also forgot the avocado spread. I completed a survey and they gave me an $8 credit to be used when I came back. I went back looking for a better experience and as I was in the store, they told me I had to call to get the credit and they’ll answer? The one worker figured out how to just take my order in person and when she put in my number it was only a $6 credit (even though the email said $8). We waited for 20+ minutes for our order and saw everyone who ordered behind me get their order before us. Will definitely not be back to that location!

Will not be back due to unwelcome behavior and this lead to not trusting that the food is being handled properly. They also have a sign on the door that every place is short staffed, be kind. Maybe it could start with your store and staff…

Showed up after surgery @ 8:20 and has to listen to a lazy employee start complaining about how he wanted to close. They don’t close til 9 and this guy had a problem with doing anything. Close this place and raise your base pay and hire people who can actually do some for of work.

I like that it’s close to my house but they seem to mess up our order every time we order online to pick up. Pretty sure a Turkey Tom comes with cheese…well apparently not today and extra sauce I guess means no sauce to them ‍♀️ luckily I have all that at home to add on myself. ~Sigh

I already gave my feedback twice on your website, it seems to do no good. Apparently Google Maps is the way to go. It doesn’t even matter at this point, I’m not ordering from there again. With all the other companies that deliver now I don’t need to waste my money here. The fact that I have to go thru Google Maps to get a response is proof enough!!
