We have been waiting for our food for over an hour. Subs so slow we don’t go back.
Canceled the order because I really don’t feel like eating an hour and half old soggy sub. Waiting to see if we get reimbursed because our delivery status says it’s been delivered. The manager was really nice, though.

WTH is going on at this location? Last 2 orders that can’t get a simple order correct. 1st sandwich was no onions and they did EXTRA onions, this time a sandwich THAT DOES NOT GET MAYONNAISE on it, is DROWNING in it!! Absolutely disgusting. I literally have to wipe off every single thing inside the sandwich to get the mayo off. As someone who works in the food industry, it’s not that damn hard to read the order and turn out the correct sandwich.

Horrible experience. Ordered on app, waited 23 minutes for 2 sandwiches. After 10 minutes of waiting, and watching the staff put new tickets on top of mine so all orders after mine were done 1st (I watched 4 groups of people come and go before they even started my food during my entire wait) I went up to the counter and asked, he said they’d get working on my food. 13 minutes later and he finally brought me out my food, apologized saying they got busy. I told him I waited 23 minutes and watched him put tickets on top of mine to get done before my food, he just said sorry and walked back to the prep station. There were at least 3 employees. My husband used to work at JJs near us (this was not our usual location) and this behavior would have never been accepted at his store. Such a terrible experience with staff, will never be back to this location, I see why it gets 3 stars on reviews. Oh, and the bathroom was horrendous.
Thankfully the food was accurate, I wasn’t sure what we were going to get after having such a bad experience in store.

Placed an order for curbside pickup and clicked on the link in my email that i was there, waited 20 minutes after going inside and my order was on the pick up shelf. If they were going to put it there they should’ve let me know because I was waiting in my car outside and my food was warm by the time I got it.

I have no idea why their rating is so low. We’ve ordered from here a lot, and every delivery person has been super friendly. The sandwiches have always been correctly made and delicious. My favorite sub shop in town. And then they do little things that really go above and beyond and put a smile on your face. Like tonight, I ordered subs for the family, and I always put my name and my husband’s name down for our subs and then “the boys” on the ones for my kids since they share a sub. Tonight, someone wrote “Little Dudes” on their sub and it just made me laugh. I love little things like that. It might not seem like much, but to me it says a lot. Thanks for the smile (and awesome food) Jimmy John’s!

I ordered a sandwich, said it was on the way to be delivered 10 minutes later. It took an additional 45 minutes to be delivered. I had called to store to make sure they didn’t deliver to the incorrect place and they said it should be there soon.
I called back 10 minutes later to cancel the order and they said it was delivered and left outside. I did not receive a knock at the door, a ring, or any notification on the app that it was delivered. Very unhappy with the delivery service and will not be doing it again.

The guy working tonight did great! He was the only one there while his delivery driver was out doing eight deliveries and there was seven of us in there waiting on our food. He made my food so fast and when he realized he made my sandwich wrong he immediately remade it. Gold star to that guy!

I’ve been going here for several years now. The sandwiches they’ve made me are full of fresh ingredients. Said ingredients are tasty. The people in the store enthusiastically greet me when I walk in. They thank me when I leave. They’ve always been helpful. The store is clean, restrooms are clean.
Edit: lowered my rating from 5 to 4. Speed of service is a regular issue. I still like it here, but don’t recommend stopping in on your lunch break. It just takes too long.
Edit: lowered my 4 to a 3 it’s just okay sometimes.better than others but they usually get something.wrong with our orders. Don’t get me wrong it tough since the pandemic started, but I’m going to pay for it I want it right
