Food is fantastic, staff are friendly, and you get your sandwich fast.
However, there is one dude who keeps closing the store at lunch time. 3rd time I tried going around 1 and same dude has the store closed. The first time there were people in the store and he just looked at me and shook his head. That dude gets 1 star
Calumet & Nicolet locations are just as good and I haven’t had to deal with the “closed at peak time” fiasco.

We walked downtown to see the ice sculptures on Sunday midday, we were going to stop in for a bite to eat and the doors were locked.There was no sign posted that the restaurant was closed, it was very disappointing, there was employees working in the kitchen but apparently they didnt want to serve any walk in customers. What kind of restaurant locks their doors in the middle of the day?

Avoid this store. Ordered delivery, over 1 hour and 15 minutes, then they delivered to the wrong address, and I did not receive everything. Went into the store and detailed the story to the manager, who genuinely appeared to care less. Not mean or sour, just really seemed to not care. Gave me my chips and a “bonus” cookie, but even though I tipped 20% in advance, waited for 2 hours after finding the meal, I got…a cookie and a “so what” approach. In talking to the business I was in, they too had experienced excessive delays with this store. It’s really the “I don’t care, nor am I surprised” approach for me. Be better.

I was very happy with our experience here, the workers were very friendly and fun. One of the workers even suggested that I buy a mini sub for my 3 year old, most places are “upsell, upsell, upsell” so the fact that she recommended something that was actually cheaper for me was a nice change. They made my food “freaky fast” and all the subs were good too. Overall I was very happy with our experience here and I will definitely be going back to this location.

Bought a molded sandwich from Jimmy John’s on College Avenue on 5/23/24 talk to one of the guys there his attitude was very disrespectful. The moment that I asked for his name, he tells me that he feel very uncomfortable with telling me his name and hang up the phone.
