Consistent issues with delivery. Taking super long, missing items, soggy sandwiches upon arrival. Placed an online order today for delivery and got a phone call 30 minutes later to say they didn’t have a driver for delivery. Seems like they may have a staffing issue – would be nice for them to remove the delivery option from online ordering until they figure it out or when they are struggling to keep up with orders.

Love JJ’s but this location has terrible service. Had to dispute charges with credit card company to get refunded for an order they said they canceled. Ordered online, get to store 20 mins later, sandwich is not ready. I ask if they have the order they said yes. I go back outside, wait another 15 mins and go back in. Sandwich still isn’t ready bc they say they are out of bread. I ask them how they made sandwiches for the last 25 customers I watched while I’ve been waiting? No response. I had waited over 40 mins and they wanted me to wait another 20 for them to make bread. I asked them to cancel the order and they said they would. Get home get an email that the order is complete. Tried multiple times to contact the store to get refunded, but just get put on hold, ask for return call by manager, but get none. Finally had to do a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund.

My partner went to pick up our two orders, and the person at the counter wouldn’t give my order to my partner. The guy at the counter said I had to come pick it up. We’ve never had an issue with picking up orders without the other person present. Not happy.

They messed up my food and refused to make it right, because I was on a time restraint which would not allow me to wait or return the sandwich to the store on my own accord. I will never order from there again. It’s not worth the money, especially if they are going to rip customers off. The customer service is terrible. I understand policies, but once in a while accepting should be made. I could have chosen a different restaurant that day, but go food from them, and now, that was the last time. I expected so much more from them.

Only 2 stars cuz it’s ok if you get it in store, otherwise it would be 1. Consistent 45min-1.5 hour delivery time, more times than not their sandwiches are soggy from sitting for so long. Won’t refund you without a hassle or give a discount because of multiple inconveniences. Do yourself a favor and go to Jersey Mikes or even subway
