Ordered from the app on Sat 2/28. Just don’t get delivery at all. They don’t include napkins, they don’t include extras, like extra lettuce, even if you order it that way. They send out their delivery driver with five orders so your food is very soggy and your bag is soggy from your sandwiches. Got a toasted sandwich and it was burned and soggy. You can’t track the driver so you have no way of knowing how long it’ll be until the driver gets there. I live about 10 min away and I didn’t receive the food until an hour and 20 min later.

They failed to make more bread which caused over an hour wait on our food after putting in an online order. Then did not notify me when the order was ready so we waited in the store for 20 more minutes just to find out the order was sitting behind the counter. When we entered the store the manager greeted us with a “YOU’RE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT”. Honestly not the first time I’ve had a poor experience here. Go to the other locations.

Delivered to the wrong address after given clear instructions on where to deliver to. I called and they were being completely rude. Talking back to me very unprofessionally. Customer service is terrible at this location which is the one on Pearl Street. Would NOT recommend.

In 2017 I got food poisoning from the onalaska location went to the store and was told not their problem. Order tonight and food never comes, the delivery driver hangs up and my money is not refunded. Are you serious

Can’t believe how they can keep up, placed a pick up order, got here. Pretty much a full house with people lined out the door. They were all on the ball, not over stressed, I got out way quicker then imagined. Seeing the over load of tickets on the line. Even with the rush my food came out perfect. Incredible thanks guys!

Ordered online, waited for over an hour for my delivery and tried calling the store to check and see where my order was. The store never answered the phone. After calling the store over a dozen times, they did not answer. My order was placed and paid for online. I had to call another Jimmy John’s store/location to find out what happened to my order. Fortunately, the Losey Blvd. store helped me place my order and they delivered it to me instead.

At Gundersen hospital ordered sandwiches as being discharged but Jimmy John’s won’t accept either of our credit / debit cards which have plenty of money in both . Tried several times says not a valid card . We gave up . Went to Pickermans & all was good
