Great spot for a quick bite, and the air conditioning was nice on a hot day. However, seating is very small. Had to move the table a bit in order to sit because of being pregnant. If I was sitting with another person, it wouldn’t have been possible to sit together. So keep that in mind if trying to eat inside. I haven’t gone through the drive through, so I don’t know how that experience compares. However, I highly recommend the Caesar chicken wrap. Was refreshing and filling.

The place is great and the staff is very nice. My only disappointment is that I ordered a chicken bacon ranch with hot peppers but didn’t receive the hot peppers. As someone who moved from the Midwest while ago, I was really looking forward to this meal — especially the hot peppers

I usually get a #9, which is always fantastic, but this time I tried the new chicken caesar wrap. I am glad I did, it is delicious! It has chunks of chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, big flakes of parmesan cheese, amazing caesar sauce, and croutons (which add a bit of a satisfying crunch that I wasn’t expecting) I am very happy with this lunch wrap! Also, the customer service here is amazing. I never have any problems. The staff is always friendly, sometimes make me laugh, and of course, they are freaky fast.

I called in an order last year for my girls and drove there, waiting in line at the drive-thru, got my order, drove home and all my girls were unhappy because the online order was for all subs to have no onions on them…BUT THEY ALL DID HAVE ONIONS. Even when you remove them, the sub tastes like onions. Cost me cash and made my girls mad.
Today I thought I’d try the food there 1 more time. Was in my car, in line for the drive thru, and a minivan with 3 children was in front of me waiting for our turn to order. We both had our blinkers on….The car that was placing their order while we were waiting pulled forward to the next window. All of a sudden, a car flew in front of the minivan with children in it, with no blinker, driving so fast and then pulled up to place an order. The lady in the minivan honked, and the rude guy who cut in line rolled his window down and waived his middle finger boldly.
I walked in and told the entire staff what just happened.
They didn’t care and didn’t, didn’t show any concern and didn’t compensate either of us who were in line, waiting, being safe with blinkers, and not swearing or being offensive.

The management here makes the employees empty the trash receptacle in the bathrooms with their hands. I mean, there are no trash bags, they literally have to pull the trash out with their hands. Wait until a junkie shoots up in your bathroom and dumps his needle under some of the trash, like in the bigger cities. I cannot for the life of me think that the management here would allow such a thing.

Impressive to see three employees, happen to be all young men, working at their positions throughout the process, like a well oiled machine. Customer service was prompt and dining area clean!

This is not an indictment of their food, nor of the hard-working people behind the counter. I have been a Jimmy John’s customer for years, and the switch to doordash for delivery is disheartening. My last few delivery orders have taken longer and longer each time, and the DoorDashers have been dismissive, rude, or flagrantly disregarded my delivery instructions. In a few short weeks, Jimmy John’s has managed to completely erode consumer confidence in their promise of “freaky fast” delivery. I will be avoiding delivery from Jimmy John’s for the forseeable future. Do and be better, and dump DoorDash.
