Absolutely love me some jimmy johns in a pinch! I love how they always write my stupid little notes too! Always gives me an extra laugh. Let’s be real. Who doesn’t need an extra laugh. I’m sure the workers are either laughing or annoyed lol. Either way. Thanks jimmy johns for the laugh.

I placed an order for pick up at the Manitowoc Jimmy John’s and upon arrival they said they didn’t see my order although I had an order confirmation in my email. They still tried to tell me that my order wasn’t in their system so I replaced the order in shop, my order included kick in ranch. The cashier didn’t hear me so I had to waste more time on my lunch break to go back to the back of the line to pay for one cup of chicken and ranch because the cashier didn’t hear me.. Better off making your own subs. This place is literally a joke has no sense of customer service and everybody seems to hate their job.

Ordered a bunch of stuff last night (2/13/25). One big mistake JJ made? No chicken on my chicken wrap. Unexcusable. I mean, you forgot the most important thing on it. Unreal.
EDIT: This is being updated from a 1 Star to 4. Yes, JJ forgot the chicken on the chicken wrap. However, they reached out to me to make it right. Order was credited. Things happen. It’s the follow up from JJ that was exceptional. 4 star overall from the experience. 5 star on the customer service and the resolve. Thanks JJ.

The service here was just as fast as advertised. The checkout experience was great. I love this location because there is usually tons of parking and it is in a convenient area not too far away from common grocery shopping areas. The workers were very friendly and whipped us up some high quality sandwiches.
