For a place that states on the building and wrappers freaky fast freaky good I was rather disappointed. Placed a order waited 1 hr called the location the girl rudely told me average wait time for delivery is 1-1.5 hrs and what did I expect! wrap was soggy not ordering from here again! $16.00 to be disrespected and delivered mushy/soggy food. I could of went to a sit down enjoyed good food and still made it back to work before this place would of arrived

I work for a very large company near this location, and time and time again, my orders, along with many other co workers orders get here late. Leaving less than half of our lunch half hour to eat and enjoy our food. After today I’m done with Jimmy John’s, I’m sure Jersey Mike’s, or someone else might enjoy my business

Best Jimmy John’s in Northeast Wisconsin! The mobile order I place is always ready for pickup on the order shelf within 10 minutes, staff is always friendly (even in the 5 seconds I interact with them), food is always fresh and tasty, and napkins are always in the bag! A great place to stop for a quick bite! My order has never been messed up either!

Usually I have no issues at this location, but tonight I waited 10-15 minutes before I even saw an employee for a WEB order that was not placed in the pick up window. This employee was stocking, trying to man the line, and manning the resister. This speaks volumes about the management, especially since every other response on your reviews is an auto generated response. The employee came out, saw me, said it will be a few moments, then disappeared for another 5 minutes without asking me why I was there.

Should have looked at reviews before I stopped here. They all make sense now. Have never had any bad tasting subs from any jimmy johns till we got here. There was like no meat on subs and they tasted old. We both got lettuce wraps. So get fresh subs would be great idea?!
