Dropped in at the Jimmy Johns for the first time. They have seating outside. Inside of the store and bathroom where very clean. I ordered my sandwich off the app. Sandwich was made up perfect. Workers are all very nice and professional. I would stop st this place again and highly recommend it.

Don’t go Here
One of the employees I think his name was Alex not sure but dude was rude and I think went in the back with my sandwich and spit in it and then up charged me for something i dont even know but I wont be coming back to this jimmy johns as long as he works there very rude I had to throw away my sub and didnt even get to eat it

Last couple of times you could tell the staff didn’t want to be there. No greeting didn’t even look at me when I was at the register. Food was good but got the feeling I was bothering them by being there.

Went in to order food and was told rudely that it would be a 20 minute wait. How the hell is that acceptable when your slogan is literally freaky fast. Maybe instead of only worrying about the online orders. Focus on the people coming into your resting. It was absolutely dead inside which makes the 20 min wait even more crazy.

I go to this location, every now and then. It’s close to my work, but this is the 2nd time. They get my order wrong. 1st time I order two pickles and they don’t have it on the receipt. The guy behind the counter gave me the pickles anyways. I go in again today and order two pickles. I get one. I said there supposed to be two. They said I can go back up and pay for it. I don’t my paying for my items. What I do mind is the person checking me out getting wrong over and over again. Is it really that hard to follow my order.

For a place that states on the building and wrappers freaky fast freaky good I was rather disappointed. Placed a order waited 1 hr called the location the girl rudely told me average wait time for delivery is 1-1.5 hrs and what did I expect! wrap was soggy not ordering from here again! $16.00 to be disrespected and delivered mushy/soggy food. I could of went to a sit down enjoyed good food and still made it back to work before this place would of arrived

Best Jimmy John’s in Northeast Wisconsin! The mobile order I place is always ready for pickup on the order shelf within 10 minutes, staff is always friendly (even in the 5 seconds I interact with them), food is always fresh and tasty, and napkins are always in the bag! A great place to stop for a quick bite! My order has never been messed up either!
