I used to deliver for Jimmy John’s and I love their sandwiches. That being said, you all need to drop the “freaky fast” slogan. I waited an hour or close to an hour the last 3 times I’ve ordered and I’m 5 minutes away.I’ll order door dash next time I need a quick meal.

Been to this JJ 2 times since I moved to the area. Awesome store. Freaky fast and freak fresh. Very clean inside. Someone is always cleaning. Orders are done fast and accurately. Staff is professional and super friendly.
Saw a negative review for this joint. I have only been here two times but will be back often.

First and foremost Jimmy John’s is my favorite subways. But the freaky fast slogan I believe it should be freaky slow. Living in a little town that everything by car is about a 5-minute commute so when you get home you have no food in the house you don’t have a way to get out and about at the time you think something quick easy and tasty let’s order Jimmy John’s thinking it will be there freaky fast. I ordered my food at 3:22 it didn’t arrive until 4:12 . And maybe I’m just being petty I don’t know the time before this I waited over an hour. You know I like to give a tip because I’ve worked in the food industry but I can’t bring myself to do so when you’re so slow

The service here is s)ooooooowwwwwww went through drivthrough twice first time 15 minute second I spent a half hour…..have to get out of my truck go in and see if they were busy Noone in the place was told by someone doing the same thing that they are always slow…..subs so slow you’ll freak.
