I couldn’t take a picture because it was too gross to share, but there was like 4 black, curly hairs in my sub.. I don’t know if I ate anymore, but I was so grossed out, I almost threw up. Also, I ordered it with the french onions on it, and it was loaded, too full with them, along with the horseradish sauce I added. I don’t think I will be going back there anytime soon, and this was actually my 2nd visit this week alone. Kind of a regular there. I will go elsewhere from now on. Disgusted with the sub, and I think I made someone pissed by adding those extras to the sub. It actually was ruined.

I ordered delivery from Jimmy John’s in Baraboo and wanted it delivered to the hotel. It wasn’t delivered to my door. I heard the delivery driver was eating my meal when I called to question them about it. This is unacceptable! I won’t go here or ask for a delivery ever again.

Great sandwiches, of course. Loses 1 star because of a small gripe: My pickle is never cut the way I want it. Also, most times I get carry out, so the cleanliness of the store is a non-issue, but it is often a little dirty (just like, leftover crumbs on tables, nothing obscene).

I called to order and have it delivered. I ordered a full BLT sub. With a tip it came to $16.59 delivered. I distinctly told them I wanted a “whole sub”! This is my 1st experience w/ JJ. I was totally dumbfounded when I was handed a 6″ sub for $16.59! I ordered a full sub!
It was absolutely terrible. The bread was so tough to bite off and chew. No flavor at all. I’ll never order there again!

Really irritated…came in last night to order a couple of sandwiches to take back to our hotel. I ordered a #10, no mayo, add onion, and my husband ordered a #1, hold the tomato.

Should have taken the receipt to check the order, or opened the damn sandwiches after a 10 minute wait with no one in front of us. Back at the hotel, my sandwich is slathered in mayo and not an onion in sight. My husband’s sandwich had tomatoes and was squashed so flat it looked like it was made on a pita.

We’re tourists, so we won’t be back, but JJ is a national chain, so…we won’t be back.

UPDATE: I saw the link below, and tried to copy this review over. However, I take issue with having to provide my address and phone number in order to submit feedback…a requirement on that website. Documenting JJs service issues is not something I’m willing to put that much more effort into.

Didn’t think I could get more disappointed, but apparently it’s possible.

Had a delivery order. Just a Italian sub meal took over an hour literally ordered at 6:38 arrived after 7:40. They say they were busy but that’s ridiculous of course my sub was soggy. No straw for my fountain drink and the “fresh” cookie is packaged. I called and was told my order was 4 of 7 the driver had. I feel sorry for the 7th. My sister’s pizza hut came in 1/2 the time. I only live 4 minutes away I could have walked there in the over 1/2 hour delivery time.

2 yrs ago, my family went to Jimmy John’s for subs. Each one of us got sick. Coronavirus. Somebody didn’t wash their hands or was infected that worked there at that time. Have never gone back. If you’re going to handle food, be clean. 2 days later we were driving to Mpls to catch a plane to Fla. It didn’t happen. No refund from airlines. Do you know what it’s like to be coming from both ends in a hotel room with only one bathroom.

I never really write reviews, and dislike having to write a negative review. I ordered online and checked my receipt to make sure I ordered correctly. I order the beach club, which highlights avacado spread as it’s selling point. I added bacon to my order as well. I was really sad to see that when my wrap arrived it had no avacado OR bacon, which is an added expense. The manager on duty credited my account and remade my wrap. He even delivered it; off duty to my out of area home. Which is super amazing! But, the new wrap still hanging NO avacado! I’m so disappointed.
