This place is a dumpster fire
Adding on to the myriad of bad reviews, we ordered on the app so there are no questions about what was ordered. But they can’t or won’t execute the order.
My sandwich was missing the bacon (paid extra for it of course) and wasn’t toasted. Both are listed on the receipt.
Second sandwich instructions were also ignored. After calling to make a complaint, we were told we could have store credit at this exact location…. we’re in a tourist town, on vacation, leaving before they open again
What a waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and go to Jersey Mike’s.

Ordered two sandwiches, a drink, and a cookie at 8:15pm. Website and google say they’re open till 9pm. I don’t think that’s pushing it for a company that claims to be “freaky fast”.
Manager on duty calls me after a few minutes to tell me they already shut off their oven and are about to close so they’re cancelling the order. They couldn’t handle making two sandwiches within 45 minutes. I told them to just not toast the one sub and the person told me she couldn’t hear what I was saying, but she was able to hear me when I gave up and said fine whatever.

Customer service is no longer. I had a delivery order that was placed through the app that was NEVER received by me. Called the store twice and was hung up on. Finally was able to talk to someone who told me that they don’t deal with their own orders, but instead I have to call Uber Eats? I didn’t place my order through Uber Eats OR have any contact with them. I was lied to and told they do not do refunds if uber eats delivers their orders. So what do I do? I go into the store and told that they DID refund my order. I thought that wasn’t possible?? Then told I had to pay for my order AGAIN if I wanted the food that I did not lose. What. Ever. Food was completely inedible and tasted like chemicals. Had to be thrown away and wasted my time and money. Absolutely ridiculous.

My son ordered the Cubano and ended up with a completely different sandwich and the woman that took his order said no, that was what he ordered when it wasn’t. Staff wasn’t willing to fix the mistake or even admit there was a mistake made on their end.

I work nearby and frequent JJ. I would definitely visit more if they figured out what they were doing. Today I visited, and there were 3 orders ahead of me. I waited over 10 minutes for my order. Three employees behind the counter, only one appeared to be doing anything. On top of this, I found a string of plastic in my sub. I don’t like to rag on businesses, particularly when everyone is short-staffed, but JJ’s has been like this for months.

I downloaded Yelp just so I could warn people how awful this place is. I’m a repeat customer because I live near by and appreciate the option of delivery. On three separate occasions they forgot to add bacon on my sandwich and charged me for it anyways. Each time I called in to complain they said they would give me a free chip bag coupon.. I don’t eat chips?? THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER BE ORDERING THERE! Today they forgot to put chicken in a chicken Cesar wrap??? I don’t know what is going on over there but I would highly recommend ordering from any other jimmy johns. This place is an absolute embarrassment to the restaurant chain as a whole. I’m a nice person and understand everyone makes mistakes.. but I will never be ordering from here again.

In all my years I’ve never seen such poor customer service. I felt so bad for a lady a few customers ahead of me. She ordered a sandwich and before she even paid, it was made! She said she wanted to remove some items it came with and they refused and told her “we already made it the way it comes” and pointed to the menu to show her. When she asked why she could not have customized it they told her “we don’t do that here” (even though I did). When the woman (now understandably starting to get upset) asked them to make it again THEY EXPECTED HER TO PAY FOR ANOTHER SANDWICH! When she (again understandably) got more upset they asked her to leave the store with the incorrect original sandwich. I’ve never seen anyone kicked out of a place of business trying to get an order made correctly. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? It’s quite obvious this Jimmy John’s spent 0 minutes on customer service training and only care how fast (and incorrectly) they can make something. I’ll not return here, that’s for sure.

Ordered delivery from app with tip included. Requested sandwiches cut in half and napkins since staying at hotel. No sandwich was cut and no napkins included. Sandwiches weren’t marked to determine what each one was (most jj’s write on outside of wrapper). Still delicious subs but subpar experience. Delivery by Uber was good.
