Food was good, pretty standard for Jimmy John’s, but the girl working there Monday afternoon could smile occasionally, especially when an elderly woman compliments her (but she DID say thank you, so kudos for that), and the guy with the snake tattoo doesn’t need to correct how a customer pronounces “Cubano”, which was said the correct way for a native Cuban by the way, over and over. Once, ok. But not three times. Not everything is how it is in tiny city, USA surrounded by corn, kid. There’s a big world out there. Get to learning. The Latino guy working there was EXTREMELY nice and polite, and knew how to engage in friendly small talk. A refreshing change from the generation Z awkward smarmyness and lack of ability to be happy while at work, like it’s slavery or something.

I ordered two subs from this specific Jimmy Johns and they charged me but did not put them into their system. When I called they put me on with the manager who immediately started yelling at me saying that they are not responsible for it pushing me off the phone. Absolutely appalling how awfully rude they were on the phone and will not be ordering from there again and suggest the same to anyone who is reading this.

They forgot to make one sandwich out of a 2 sandwich order and proceeds to make everyone else’s sandwich before getting to mine(it was lunch rush so around 12 people came in after us), their poor lame excuse was that “someone took your sandwich” as I watched them call out every other single sandwich. The employees were full of attitude and disrespect and rolled their eyes when asked where my sandwich was. “Well what do you want me to do about it?” Idk how about MAKE MY SANDWICH, do better jimmy johns, learn some respect

This is usually my favorite go to place but recently the sandwiches have not been what I ordered and I wonder if there’s someone new. Today I ordered the Beach club without the cheese or the mayonnaise. I never miss the mayonnaise because it has a wonderful avocado spread on it, but today they left that off along with the mustard that I ordered. The sandwich was very dry.

Tuna was bad probably poisonous. The online order was delivered two bites tuna tasted bad. Called store turned over to manager said tuna is fresh every day. I said mine was bad I offered to bring the sandwich up so they could smell or look at it. Manager said no way don’t care don’t bother and your not getting a refund. I told him they may poison or make people sick he did not care. Filed case with food inspector
