I placed an order of roughly 90 mini subs for a graduation party last week. Staff were very helpful & patient with explaining the logistics (math) involved.
Upon pick-up, they were on time & provided enough napkins, mustard & mayonnaise packets to feed an entire New York City block.
We were disappointed to see the subs themselves were lacking in substance.
I love Jimmy John’s & I’m always impressed with the quality & quantity of a standard sub.
What I received for my son’s graduation party was $240 worth of hallowed-out bread with minimal ingredients. My attached pics are not an exaggeration.

I USED to LOVE Jimmy John’s because of how speedy they were with deliveries and the accuracy of the orders. Now, this Jimmy John’s outsources their deliveries to “door dash” which often makes deliveries take OVER AN HOUR for a place that’s literally 5 min drive from our house. Not only that, but if there’s a missing item or any issue, the outsourced driver just says “you have to take it up with Jimmy John’s”.
The last (and I mean last) few times we ordered, it took over an hour to get our food and orders were incorrect one or another. Ex: no bacon on a sub that was supposed to come with bacon or sandwiches not cut even though we requested. We’re just over them at this point and only 3-4 years ago I was ordering from them them at least weekly.

7:45 pm Mon., 11/24. Ordered a sandwich. The employee grabbed something from behind him that was already prepared. He unwrapped it and began disecting portions of it to make my sandwich. I called him out on it. He grabbed new bread, but at that point I had no idea what I was being served. Very stupid and obviously trying to compensate for a mistake instead of owning it. Disgusted, confused, I threw the sandwich out and went elsewhere. I will not be returning to that location anytime soon. Jimmy John’s is typically much better than that.

Order here often and love JJ’s, as of late though the subs seem to have less and less filling. Last week I asked for extra lettuce just to fill the sub. Not sure what’s going on but if I wanted just bread I’d buy the day old loaves and eat them.

I went in for lunch today. It was packed. They were handling a catering order and a line full of customers. I heard a few impatient people complain about having to wait a few minutes for their sandwich. All i saw was a hard working crew absolutely killing it under all that pressure. Thanks JJ crew!

Ordered online last week, the order was made late, then saw that the bread for my 15 dollar sandwich was cracked, dry, and awful. Tried contacting the actual support email who said it’s not their problem, then called the store whose manager implied I was making it up for a free sandwich. Crap service and crap food.

Only two workers there so long lines and mobile orders weren’t made due to the amount of customers in the store. Soda was flat and the two staff couldn’t fix it. Prices have gone way up, and no prices were posted next to any of the items on the menu.
