0/5. the assistant manager, who i am pretty sure gave me a fake name, told me this store doesn’t do deliveries for cash. i literally order from this store every weekend and pay cash for delivery. when i advised the person of this, i was told that it never happened. so they called me a liar essentially then claimed that there are no delivery bikers at the store. assistant manager should not be a manager at all. the person escalated the situation, offered no real solution, i never got the food, and was disrespected for no reason. don’t eat here.

This is how my food was delivered . No drink either . When I called to place a complaint it’s like they already knew that it was delivered in such rough shape and the drink was missing .First thing the person said was oh are you calling because of no drink ! I was like yes and the fact that my food looks like it was mauled by a raccoon . Come to find out the person on the other end made the delivery ! And just didn’t care . Said oh I thought your soda condensation did that ! Like What and I don’t even get the soda . Who on earth would feel comfortable eating something presented like this ! And then being told it was from a missing soda ?

Very easy to order. Adds extras for free and leaves the center bread in. Staff very friendly and happy to be working. The bread is soft and moist with a crunchy crust. Vegetarian is delicious. Crispy veggies and creamy cheese.

A group of co-workers ordered 3 different sandwiches from the State St address. A #11 Country Club, a double tuna sandwich and the Italian Night Club sandwich.
The Country Club had no cheese on it and was not cut in half on the regular size.
The Double Tuna came as 2 separate sandwiches instead of 1 large one with double the helping of Tuna.
The Italian Night Club came as a ham and cheese version without the additional meat it should have had. It too was not cut in half.
Also the quartered pickle came in 5 pieces and was cut weirdly.
When the call was placed back at the restaurant and request was given to have the order fixed, the manager Leah, was rude and stated the order “would be fixed and sent out when she had time” and her customer service was horrible. We will no longer be ordering from this location.

Lived up to freaky fast today and served it up with a smile. I ordered a case at about 1pm today after papa John’s fell through for an event I was helping host. I ordered and drove over expecting to wait a few minutes for my order to be ready. But no I walked in and they already had it sitting in the box ready to go! Will absolutely use them in the future, though I’ll try to order a bit more in advanced next time.

Girl, with all the piercings, kind of gave me a hard time because I walked and chose to do a mobile order while I was already there. The app doesn’t give a description of what’s in a sandwich, so I went to the store first to read what they have in it. The food was good, the dining room is super tiny. Seating sucks. I guess cause it’s downtown.

Usually have a good review, but not today. Ordered my food online and got a confirmation right away as usual. Got excited because they’re usually really quick. Waited for 40 minutes and got worried so called to check on the status of my order. The employee said it was out for delivery. 20 minutes later, I turned on my oven, preparing to make food in case my food wasn’t coming. Then called the store and was told the order was still on delivery, even though the website showed it hadn’t left the store yet. Usually tip at least 30% because I get my order within 30 minutes, but took an hour an 20 minutes for a 2 sandwich order with a bag of chips from a store 10 minutes away. Each time I called they said it was out for delivery already. Whoever was managing that night must be embarrassed.
Just posting another 1 star review. They allow you to order on their app even when they aren’t delivering. You place your order, it’s accepted by the store, then they call you 10 minutes later telling you they can’t deliver and you need to order through a 3rd party. If you can’t deliver take it off the app! Please don’t waste people’s time. Really disappointed and this has been going on for months at this location
