Food was fine. I bought a sub and chips. I asked for a water cup and they wanted to charge me! That’s a big no for me! I paid for food and tipped you and you won’t give me a cup for water? I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ve been a Jimmy John’s customer for years. Kind of sad

Got to the end of my drink and found this? A little surprise is always fun. My throat is feeling a little scratchy, so that’s also fun. Probably from the ice machine not getting cleaned properly or regularly.
Also stopped by after 8pm, I was the only customer there and there was four employees (an hour before closing?), two seemed like managers, and no one addressed me while I waited to order.
30 seconds isn’t a long time, but it is in the customer service world when you’re awkwardly waiting for one of the four employees to acknowledge you.

Where’s the wet stuff? 3 times in 6 weeks…. you broke me. I can make it myself correctly at home. Cheaper.

I left my wallet in this Jimmy John’s location and the staff and general manager were so kind and helpful. It was shipped back to me in a couple of days. I am so grateful. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!!! By the way, I did receive my delicious sandwich order “freaky fast!”

I ordered online and one of my sandwiches came with NO MEAT on it. I texted the delivery driver and she said “you have to understand it’s our busiest time of the day” so i proceeded to call the store and was put on hold 10 different times and finally the MANAGER answered the phone and RUDELY swore up and down that she made the sandwiches herself and she did put meat on them.. trying to blame this on me. I will never order from here again!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Ordered for delivery around 1130. I requested it be delivered in the future at 1215-1225. I got a notification stating my order was out for delivery at 1144am. I never received my order. I called the store at 1250, after receiving a notification that my order WAS delivered. They told me the driver was new and they would contact him, she then told me he just left it in the lobby because there was not a buzzer. Unfortunately for that driver, I do not live in a complex that has a lobby. The address is directly to my front door. The lady on the phone had no clue what to say, When she received a driver back at the store, they would remake my order and get it to me. No apologies or even a time frame of when I would get my order.

The quality has gone down in the past couple of weeks. Orders are now consistently wrong! Even though my orders were delivered (delivery is still Great!) I’ve had to drive over to have my orders fixed. One male manager said he’d only fix it this one time. Bad service.
